In conditions of the rapid development of the digital economy and information knowledge of the society, the need in the research of problems and perspectives of the artificial intelligence study and its influence on the process of the economic system management of the state is growing. Within the article, the structure of the artificial intelligence is investigated, the analysis of directions and indicators of its use in various spheres of the economic activity is conducted. Main threats of the macro-and micro-character and problems of the artificial intelligence development are revealed. Measures to enhance the use of the artificial intelligence in managing the economic system of Ukraine are proposed. The main ones are the improvement of the state regulation system in the field of the artificial intelligence implementation and development, in particular through the state support of start-up projects, creation of appropriate digital infrastructure, development of the publicprivate partnership in the field of innovation.

Державна інформаційна політика -важливий аспект державного управління в інформаційному суспільстві. Існують різні інститути, через які реалізуються заходи державної інформаційної політики. До них можна віднести інститути зв'язку з громадськістю, аналітичні центри, інститути культури. Однак базовим механізмом реалізації державної інформаційної політики служать засоби масової інформації. Саме вони здатні створювати інформаційний порядок, що відіграє найважливішу роль при формуванні громадської думки. З розвитком технологій і швидкості передачі даних в постіндустріальному суспільстві збільшується роль і значення інформації та засобів масової інформації. Це визначило необхідність створення державами системи управління у галузі інформації або державної інформаційної політики. На сьогоднішній момент вкрай важливо приділяти увагу розвитку державної інформаційної політики, яка виступає системоутворюючим фактором, що впливає на побудову конструктивного діалогу між владою і суспільством.At the present stage of development of society, the role of the information sphere, which is an information infrastructure, of the entities that collect, form, distribute and use information, as well as systems that regulate social relations, is increasing. This determined the need for states to create a management system in the field of information or state information policy. State information policy is an important aspect of public administration in the information society. There are various institutions through which measures of state information policy are implemented. These include public relations institutions, think tanks, cultural institutions. However, the basic mechanism for implementing state information policy is the media. They are able to create an information order, plays a crucial role in the formation of public opinion.Under the current state information policy, one should understand the system of measures implemented by public authorities aimed at maintaining unity and maintaining control over the information space with the help of information exposure and the use of information technology. The subject of information policy is the state represented by various structures and bodies of state power. The object is the information sphere of society. At present, the state information policy should be the most important component of the country's foreign and domestic policy, and building a democratic information society and entering the country into the world information community is a long-term strategic goal.
