The educational situation that arose as a result of the declared regime of self-isolation, activated the forced decisions on the organization of the educational process in remote mode. The research urgency is caused by the provision of distance learning taking into account the specifics of remote access to learning based on the experience of the Department of computer science, pedagogical Institute, North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov (NEFU). The purpose of the study: features of the organization of the educational environment in the NEFU Pedagogical Institute, which allows to organize the processes of distance education in the conditions of self-isolation. The article analyzes and summarizes the positions of promising directions for implementing distance learning tools and platforms, as well as determines the factors and conditions for organizing rapid access to the Internet in the educational process. We have studied the most common digital services at the moment, their assistance in the development of educational materials, considering the pedagogical possibilities of distance learning to organize remote access to training at a University. The importance of implementing remote distance learning in the training of future teachers and school teachers in a pedagogical University in the context of a pandemic is determined. The results of the study confirmed the need to develop educational and methodological support in the implementation of the above-mentioned new form of training at the NEFU pedagogical Institute.
This article presents the organization of remote distance learning in Arctic State Institute of Culture and Art (ASICA) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It shows features of remote distance learning in ASICA based on the use of Moodle distance learning management system. The important thing for the functioning of the digital learning environment is the availability of resources: material and technical, human resources of teachers with formed multimedia competencies in software and modern technologies used. The survey result was shown regarding the availability of information within Moodle environment, which provides all types of classes and procedures for assessing learning outcomes whose implementation envisages the use of e-learning and distance learning technologies. The practical significance of the study lies in the specifics of training students – future professionals of culture and art in the transition to remote distance learning.
The article is devoted to the actual pedagogical problem-the development of online e-learning in the conditions of digitalization of modern society. This problem is considered taking into account the increasing importance of electronic educational resources in improving the efficiency of the organization of the educational process in a remote interactive mode. The role and significance of the factors influencing the development of e-learning are presented: technical and organizational and methodological support of the educational process, the appropriate level of digital competence of the teaching staff, personal motivation of students. The results of recent studies conducted among students of the Pedagogical Institute of the North-Eastern Federal University (hereinafter-the University) and the Arctic Institute of Culture and Art (hereinafter-the Institute) for a complete picture of the state of network learning among students studying at the Institute and university, reflecting the main characteristics of the current state of digitalization of education. Based on the primary data of the study, the current problems are identified: the lack of contact interaction between the participants, which determines an individual, differentiated approach; compliance with personal conditions (motivation of the student); access to electronic sources of information; increase in the number of independent tasks in the absence of constant feedback from students, etc. The article reflects the approaches to determining the place of online e-learning in the system of professional training of future specialists using modern technologies in the organization of the educational process. The analysis of the obtained results shows that in order to implement the tasks of network learning, namely, the practical mastery of digital competence, training should be aimed at developing students ' sustainable interest in network learning.
The manuscript presents the organization of online distance learning for students of the three universities by means of digital education technologies at worldwide quarantine period due to COVID-19. The purpose of the study is to increase the level of subject competence among students in the context of organizing distance online education during a pandemic, taking into account the specifics of regional education. A study involved the survey method considering the specifics of the organization of online learning in the regional education system with statistical processing of data from the research results. The results allowed for increasing the efficiency of work with students in conducting classes in the disciplines of the information block during a pandemic using the Moodle platform, which reasonably indicates the need to consider the peculiarities of the educational environment in the development of subject competence among students of three universities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
