The article is devoted to the analysis of the state and prospects of international cooperation of Russia, China and the United States in the Arctic. The authors consider the problems and contradictions that impede these countries in the search for agreement and interaction in this region. Special attention is paid to the issues of ensuring the environmental safety of the Arctic territory, the inadmissibility of its militarization, the preservation of the natural resources of the Arctic for future generations. The authors predict that in the future tensions in world politics over the sphere of influence in the Arctic zone will increase.

The author defines the concept of "geopolitical transformation of the world order", outlines the chronological framework of this process. The article describes the changes and changes in the economy, politics and the spiritual sphere that have occurred in the world community over the past three decades. The author concludes that the geopolitical transformation of the world model is not a one-time act, but a long process. A forecast is given that in the future, mankind is waiting for the next cycle of cardinal transformations, taking into account the development of competition among the world powers.
The article attempts to examine the views of some representatives of US socio-political thought on the political form of government in the post-Soviet states. A significant place in the article is given to the description of the mythologeme about the threat to Western countries from the “global” authoritarianism in the person of Russia, China and other countries. The authors pay special attention to the characteristic features of post-soviet authoritarianism, which distinguish it from the authoritarian regime of the USSR era.
