The subject of the study in the article is methods and tools for the creation and implementation of distance learning systems (DLS). The interactive capabilities used in the distance education system, programs and information delivery systems allow for feedback, dialogue and ongoing support that are not possible in most traditional learning systems. The purpose of the article is to create a collaborative environment for developing software products in the system of distance learning by forming an interactive platform with the help of Sphere Engine, which provides the ability to debug the code in many programming languages. At the same time, the following tasks are solved: a review and comparison of existing systems of distance learning; analysis of the functional and features of the Sphere Engine platform; development of the integration algorithm of the service with the system Moodle. Methods: methods of information processing, methods and information technologies for the creation of electronic distance learning courses. Results. As a result of the review and comparison of existing distance learning systems and software verification tools, the tools that best meet the needs for collaborative development environments, namely the Moodle DLS and the Sphere Engine service, are selected. The analysis of the functional and features of the Sphere Engine platform is carried out: a diagram of the work of the api compilers of the service is shown, which illustrates the process of execution of the program from the moment of its sending to the results of execution; The concept of a pool script in graphical form is provided. A prototype collaborative development environment created in the form of a web application is created, the prototype architecture is described. An algorithm for integration of the Sphere Engine service with the Moodle system is developed. In detail, the stages of the integration algorithm are considered on the example of testing the work environment of the development of the course "Web-technologies and web-design". Conclusions. An interactive module is created with the help of Sphere Engine, which allows you to perform laboratory work on programming disciplines and to carry out full control over their execution. Thus, the degree of automation of the educational process in institutions of higher education increases.
The subject matter of the research is the models and technologies of analyzing the processes of developing the loyalty and preferences of social networks users. The goal of the research is to increase the efficiency of marketing analysis of clients' preferences and promoting products and services. The following tasks are solved in the article: the analysis of the methods and technologies of simulation modelling; the survey of available simulation packages; designing a datalogical context chart; developing the agent-based model of the impact of social networks on preferences; developing a database for data storage; a graphical analysis of preferences. The following research methods are usedsimulation modelling methods, Laravel and YouTube Data and Analytics API methods. The following results were obtained: the model that explains how advertising affects the development of clients' preferences, as well as the impact of clients' communication on loyalty, the information system for the graphical analysis of Wow-How Studio of YouTube channel The model that reveals the impact of advertising and clients' communication was developed. The suggested model proves the fact that the communication of social networks users greatly increases a number of actual clients as well as the level of loyalty. Using such technologies as Laravel and YouTube Data API, the designed application enables clear and timely monitoring and analyzing Wow-How Studio channel, which is very important to be always aware of the preferences of potential clients and to know what can be interesting for them and how to meet their expectations. The results can be implemented in enterprises of various spheres that offer their products and services. Any company is interested in obtaining the maximum profit and integration into social networks is free advertising and as a result attracts additional profit.

No. 2 (2) METHODS OF MANAGING TRAFFIC DISTRIBUTION IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION NETWORKS OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEMSThe subject matter of the article is information and communication networks (ICN) of critical infrastructure systems (CIS). The goal of the work is to create methods for managing the data flows and resources of the ICN of CIS to improve the efficiency of information processing. The following tasks were solved in the article: the data flow model of multi-level ICN structure was developed, the method of adaptive distribution of data flows was developed, the method of network resource assignment to multi-server nodes was developed. The following methods used are -methods of mathematical statistics for random processes, the theory of queuing systems, methods of optimization theory and operations research. The following results were obtained -the principles of managing the distribution of network traffic in the ICN of CIS were formulated and the practical requirements arising in the efficiency of data transmission were determined. The possible approaches to the formulation and solution of the listed problems were suggested according to the developed general approach to network management. The multi-level information structure was investigated. The mathematical model of data flows of a multilevel information structure of the network was developed; it has a three-level unstratified structure and consists of a number of subnets and groups of nodes. The method for adaptive management of data flows distribution was developed; this method includes the stratified two-level management which is based on the development of a multidimensional space of the network state and management parameters taking into account user activities. The management is carried out at the first level by setting the basic parameters of the network, at the second -by operational management with constant basic parameters. The method for distributing the resources of a multi-server information processing node was developed, as server systems are considered as a set of single-line queuing systems and information about the distribution of the bandwidth of communication channels is used. Conclusions: using the method of the adaptive management of traffic distribution enables reducing the time for processing system transactions and total costs for maintenance. The use of the method resource distribution of the server node in the course of reengineering CIS processes minimizes the costs of servicing the data flows.
Предметом дослідження в статті є процеси управління зацікавленими сторонами проекту. Розглядаються складові змісту проектів розвитку транспортних систем, зокрема інтереси стейкхолдерів. Мета роботи розробка методу балансування та гармонізації інтересів стейкхолдерів у проектах розвитку транспортних систем. В статті вирішуються наступні завдання: розгляд особливостей управління проектами розвитку транспортних систем, виділення основних зацікавлених сторін для проектів розвитку транспортних систем та аналіз їх інтересів, розробка методу балансування інтересів стейкхолдерів, розробка формалізованого уявлення взаємозв'язку інтересів стейкхолдерів та цілей проекту. Застосовані методи: методології управління проектами, теорія стейкхолдерів, теорія цінностей, системний підхід, матричні моделі, модель Мітчела. Отримано наступні результати: Проаналізовано вимоги стандартів з управління проектами стосовно ціннісного підходу і управління зацікавленими сторонами проекту. Розглянуто основні характеристики проекту розвитку транспортних систем: вплив на характер соціально-економічного розвитку регіону, значна вартість, довготривалість, взаємодія державних органів та приватних фірм. Визначено множину зацікавлених сторін проекту розвитку транспортних систем. Проаналізовано специфічні характеристики щодо управління транспортними проектами різними зацікавленими сторонами, такі як очікування, цілі, ролі, ступінь відповідальності та відповідні дії. Запропоновано комплексний метод балансування інтересів стейкхолдерів. Надано формалізоване уявлення взаємозв'язку інтересів стейкхолдерів та цілей проекту у вигляді матричних моделей. Висновки: при формуванні методу балансування та гармонізації інтересів стейкхолдерів слід застосовувати ціннісний підхід, тобто враховувати інтереси стейкхолдерів, які впливають на виконання робіт проекту протягом всіх етапів життєвого циклу. Запропонований метод встановлює чіткий алгоритм дій для досягнення потрібного результату. Розробка моделей взаємозв'язку дозволить формалізувати та структурно представити основні складові етапів роботи зі стейкхолдерами проекту. В подальшому, дана робота дозволить продовжити наукові дослідження в напрямку розробки моделей та методів дослідження комунікацій та ризиків проекту.
