The paper presents a technique aimed at improving the level of physical fitness of students of the 8th grades, using basketball tools. The results of the study confirmed that the use of relay races with elements of basketball effectively affect the development of physical qualities necessary for students of the 8th grades to form willpower and character, a sense of responsibility and teamwork
The paper presents an analysis of the level of health of schoolchildren in the city of Krasnodar, and developed recommendations aimed at improving the level of health of students, which consist in supplementing and expanding previously obtained information on the problems of physical health of schoolchildren. The practical component of the study consists in the possibility of applying the results obtained in the activities of specialists in physical culture and sports.
One of the most important tasks solved in physical education classes is preparing for life. An indispensable means of teaching vital motor skills and abilities are applied exercises that are taken from life and prepare for life. Such vital movements as climbing, climbing, running, jumping, overcoming obstacles, throwing, swimming and many other exercises also contribute to the development of the motor abilities of those involved. The aim of the research was to experimentally study the effect of cross-country classes on the physical fitness of high school students. Based on the conducted research it can be formulated that the use of cross-country training in the process of physical education of high school students contributes to the development of coordination, speed-strength abilities, as well as endurance.
This publication presents the results of a survey of 15-year-old boys engaged in the wrestling section aimed at considering the issue of forming a healthy lifestyle. The results of the survey will help sports teachers to adjust the training process in solving educational tasks.
