Background : Covid 19 era bring learning to be more distant via internet. Many students' engagement methods applied in this context. The present study aims to enhance students' engagement in the learning process through application of online Team Based Learning in teaching antenatal care in fourth year medical students during COVID 19 period . Methods : A pilot intervention study was used to test the online team based learning application for teaching antenatal care partition of Community medicine curriculum during COVID-19 period. Then, the study was implemented on two sessions through two academic years for the large group fourth-year medical students
