The analysis of the time dynamics of excitation and dephasing of circularly polarized plasmon modes in spherical nanoshells is presented. The analytical formulas for steady-state amplitudes of these modes for resonance and off-resonance excitations are also given.
Analysis of eddy currents in magnetically nonlinear conductors is presented for the case of elliptical polarizations of magnetic field. Elliptical polarizations are treated as perturbations of circular polarization. The perturbation technique is developed in the reference frame rotating in synchronism with the circularly polarized solution and simple analytical solutions are found.
