With the development of farms, by analogy with developed Western countries with well-established agricultural production, certain hopes are placed on solving the domestic food problem. It has been established that there are very few power tools for small-scale mechanization and agricultural implements for them. However, the domestic industry can provide almost complete mechanization of processes and bring it to a comprehensive one. It is also known that without solving this problem, that is, without a high level of mechanization of production processes, it is impossible to achieve high performance in the functioning of the farm. The domestic industry has now developed and put into production various power tools for small-scale mechanization. As new equipment is developed and put into production, both the quantitative and qualitative (type and structure) composition of the power equipment fleet and the set of agricultural machines for them change. The article deals with the installation for the preparation of liquid feed mixtures with the continuous introduction of components. This mode is one of the modes of any mixer.
This article considers the problem of assessing the energy efficiency of installations for the preparation of liquid feed mixtures of continuous and batch action. The lowest total energy consumption for the unit, productivity, allowing to work under changing conditions at a necessary mode; the best quality of mixing and dissolution, determined by a stable state of the mixture; free access to the working bodies of the unit for its quick cleaning, washing and troubleshooting; the minimum dimensions and weight and the lowest energy consumption for the drive of the unit are determined.
The article discusses the main approaches to solving the problem of manure utilization. This is how theoretical approaches are considered through the definition of the annual output of pig manure in relation to the farms of the Kirov region. The authors made an attempt to apply an improved methodology for determining the annual output of manure, taking into account the age and sex group of animals, the number of days of the stall period, as well as with a possible forecast of the growth of the livestock. Also, the proposed methodology can be applied to other animal species, taking into account the known initial data, which, in turn, will help to resolve the issue of manure disposal. Also, the proposed methodology will allow not only at the design stage to determine the area for placing manure, but will also be useful for farms.
The article discusses the problem of developing means that can increase the efficiency of mechanization of the process of preparing liquid feed in animal husbandry. Design bureaus, research and technological institutes for mechanization and electrification of agriculture have developed new progressive technologies, as well as kits, units, machines and apparatus for animal husbandry and fodder production. On the basis of this technique, complex mechanization of farms is being introduced and livestock complexes with industrial production technology are being created. But recently, the widespread use of domestic machines for the preparation of liquid feed mixtures has not been presented. Therefore, an experimental setup is proposed that combines three functions: a batcher, a pump and a mixer, which ultimately allows to obtain a mixture of good quality. The article provides a program and research methodology for the installation. For this, a special stand has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the parameters of the mixture quality. As a search for the optimal combination of factors for the optimization criteria: the degree of homogeneity and, plan 33 was chosen. Experimental studies have shown the range of the installation feed at different speeds of rotation of the impeller shaft. Mixing studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the design of the plant and its components: dispenser, pump and mixer. With the help of experimental planning methods, the main factors influencing the mixing process are identified, and the optimal parameters of the mixture quality are determined.
The article deals with the problem of using various installations for mixing and preparing liquid feed mixtures in animal husbandry. The analysis of domestic and foreign installations capable of performing this function is carried out. But during the review process, many shortcomings and problems were identified that needed to be solved by developing a new design that would eliminate all the identified problems. Therefore, the design of two installations in horizontal and vertical versions is proposed, while the values of their pressure-energy (hydraulically) characteristics are given. This allowed us to determine their further expansion of functionality. This is how the process of drinking and feeding was considered, using experimental installations. The parameters for each livestock room are analytically calculated, which shows the effectiveness of the use of experimental installations.
