Chylous ascites is a chronic process that very rarely presents as acute abdomen [1]. We report a case of a woman age 28 years who presented with acute abdomen and symptoms mimicking those of ruptured hemorrhagic cyst. However, laparoscopy revealed chylous ascites (Figs. 1À5).
