Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 atau COVID-19 telah berdampak di seluruh bidang kehidupan, termasuk dunia olahraga. Di kalangan sepakbola amatir, telah banyak akademi dan sekolah sepakbola yang harus menghentikan aktivitasnya. Namun seiring dengan dikenalkannya gaya hidup normal baru, maka aktivitas sekolah sepakbola dapat dimulai kembali, dengan disertai ketaatan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemik COVID-19 bagi sekolah sepakbola Emsyk, Papua. Program pendampingan menggunakan pendekatan simulasi fisika untuk penyebaran droplet, dan berdasarkan panduan FIFA, maka dibuat infografis protokol kesehatan untuk sekolah sepakbola. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara daring serta luring. Edukasi protokol kesehatan dilakukan dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi secara daring untuk memberikan pemahaman seluruh siswa sekolah sepakbola Emsyk. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu dan memastikan sekolah sepakbola Emsyk taat dalam pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan. Hasil dari evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sekolah sepakbola Emsyk telah mampu melaksanakan protokol kesehatan olahraga amatir yang sesuai standar internasional.
AbstrakKualitas shooting ditentukan oleh akurasi dalam menendang, yaitu ketepatan bola menuju gawang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur kualitas shooting pada pemain sepakbola usia U-15. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang yang berasal dari Kabupaten dan Kota Jayapura, Provinsi Papua. Karakteristik sampel sebagai berikut: ber-usia 14,42 ± 0.76 tahun, dengan tinggi badan 160,23 ± 3,17 cm, dan berat badan 57,62 ± 4,85 kg. Target gawang sistem skor 0-10 serta bola dengan sensor dari smart ball Adidas miCoach digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa perbandingan skor shooting antara kaki dominan dan kaki non dominan pada kondisi istirahat sebesar 2,11 : 1,98 dan pada kondisi lelah sebesar 1,53 : 1,93. Kualitas akurasi shooting masih lebih rendah dibandingkan kualitas shooting pemain profesional junior. Faktor utama penurunan kualitas shooting adalah pemain cenderung tidak stabil dalam menggunakan bagian punggung kakinya.Kata Kunci: sepakbola, akurasi , speed, spin, smart ball. AbstractShooting quality determined by the accuracy, means precision ball towards the goal. The purpose of this research was to measure the shooting quality of youth soccer player (U-15). Sampling was conducted using simple random technique, with a total sample of 15 respondents from Jayapura, Papua. Sample characteristic were age (years) 14.42 ± 0.76, height (cm) 160.23 ± 3.17 and body weight (kg) 57.62 ± 4.85. Shooting target with 0-10 scoring system and integrated sensor smart ball Adidas miCoach were used as research instruments. All data were calculated using descriptive statistics, followed by a two-tail test. The results shows that the difference of shooting accuracy between dominant and non-dominant leg within resting state and fatigue state were 2.11 : 1.98 and 1.53 : 1.93 respectively. The quality of shooting was still lower than standard for the junior professional playersThe main factor in low shooting quality is that players tend to be unstable in using the instep while shooting.
Science and technology play an important role in improving athletes performance, particularly soccer atheltes. However, limitations of science and technology implementation were still the main issues for soccer schools in Jayapura. In an attempt to overcome these issues, community service activities have been carried out, in the form of ”The Introduction of Digital Devices for Soccer Schools in Jayapura City”. The purspose of the activities was to improve the quality of soccer coaching. The type of the activities carried out were workshop and training of trainers (ToT). The activities was held on Saturday 5 November 2016 at the Emsyk Arena, Waena, Jayapura. The activities received strong support from both Batik Soocer School and Emsyk Soccer School. Moreover, both soccer schools had planned the procurement of Polar H7 digital devices in their training. The products outcome were practical manuals of the Polar H7 digital heart rate monitor. The Application of 5M; Washing hands, Keeping a distance, Using masks, Avoiding crowds, and Reducing mobility are powerful weapons to prevent and break the chain of transmission of Covid 19 which until now is still mutating. Masks are recommended to always be worn when outside the home and when carrying out daily activities. Many people continue to wear masks when doing sports. The purpose of this study was to determine the hematological profile due to the use of masks at maximum physical activity. This study is a quasi-experimental study using a single group pretest-posttest design. The variables studied were the amount of hemoglobin, the number of hematocrits, the number of erythrocytes, and the number of leukocytes between before and after performing maximum physical activity. Data analysis was carried out by paired t-tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the amount of hemoglobin before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of hematocrits before and after maximum physical activity (p <0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of erythrocytes before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of leukocytes before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05).
