This study aims to investigate one specific tradition of Indonesia, namely tedhak siten as an acculturation of Islamic and Javanese values and practices. The Javanese are the largest ethnic group in Indonesia. Tedhak siten comprises a series of traditional processions to recognize a stage of childhood when it is the first time a child learns to set foot on the ground. Through a qualitative study, it was found that up to this day, the Javanese people still hold this ceremony even though it is in the modern era. In addition to reasons of belief, Javanese people are famous for their love for culture or customs handed down by their ancestors. The series of events include walking on colored glutinous rice, climbing stairs made of sugarcane, entering a chicken coop, picking objects, fighting over coins, and taking a flower bath. Each of these rituals has its own meaning and purpose for the future of the child. Although some people claim that tedhak siten is not mandatory, some continue to hold this ceremony, and some have abandoned this custom. This indicates that there is the shift in the value of a culture or tradition is due to the development of modernization, which then replaces the long-cherished culture. Agricultural companies that produce utilitarian products must prioritize corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts to uphold their reputation (Rep) and ensure long-term sustainability through superior performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between corporate responsibility and corporate financial and marketing performance, with differentiation strategy (Diff), firm size (FS), internationalization (Int), perceived external pressure (PEP), and altruism (Alt) acting as drivers of CSR initiatives. Employing a quantitative research approach, this study utilized the fuzzy inference system (FIS) to identify the predictive relationships between variables. Purposive sampling was employed to select five legally incorporated agricultural companies in East Java. The findings indicated that, at specific value thresholds, Diff, FS, Int, PEP, or Alt could serve as drivers of CSR efforts and were associated with corporate financial performance (CFP) and corporate marketing performance (CMP) from the perspectives of CSR, Rep, and PEP. The FIS output models, aligned with the proposed hypotheses, demonstrated that certain values of these input variables positively influence the direction of the output variables. Therefore, company policymakers should carefully consider the value levels of these variables and strive to maintain them to enhance CSR efforts and improve financial and marketing performance effectively. These factors were vital for the sustainability of agricultural companies in East Java.
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning culture from offline learning to online. Various online learning methods are carried out and adapted to conditions in the existing environment. From the implementation of this change in learning culture, it is necessary to evaluate its sustainability, especially the problems faced during the implementation of online learning. This research was conducted to see how the implementation of online learning in the Postgraduate Program at Lambung Mangkurat University. By apply a qualitative method in this study, we involve the competent informants being the Head of the Study Program, Lecturer and students in two study programs, namely the Biology Education and Basic Principles and Environmental Ethics (PSDAL). The main data is obtained from 6 informants and available secondary data. The results of the evaluation can be seen from the readiness of human resources, in this case lecturers and students are ready and have adapted well. E-Learning is re-integrated with the academic system so that data from the learning process in E-learning is reported directly to the campus academic system. Blended learning method one of the learning models that can be applied through the use of technology-based media used in the two study programs. This online learning has a positive impact on students with a higher level of independence, as well as for lecturers with a higher level of creativity in delivering material. Meanwhile, the obstacles to online learning are signal interference and quota fees (although the campus has provided a subsidy of IDR 200,000/month, which is still not enough).

There have been many efforts made to share the virtues of the moral values of wayang, including open discussion and puppet watching activities with several competent speakers who have special expertise regarding the character development activities of the young generation of Indonesia facing the current modern era. It is hoped that from this activity the young generation will develop characters inspired from the characters of wayang so thet they will be capable of competing in the global era.
