This project focuses on solving the technical and architectural limitations for a specific community college adjunct faculty member when presented with his first online web development programming course. The provided technology tools and limited network access constrained this professor in the implementation methodologies to teach this, his first online course, while staying true to the educational principles and approaches he has developed over years of teaching. Limited budget, administrative bureaucracy, and limited time to find and implement a solution to meet these various concerns, all factored into finding the best solution for this specific context.
