Although this observation is of the utmost clinical significance, little notice has been taken of it. CONCLUSION 1. Melanuria is a rare finding, even in melanotic malignant tumors.2. Many tests give pseudoreactions, difficult of interpretation.3. A simple test is suggested, which in our hands never yielded confusing end-results.
