The recent EMS 2021 small-scale pilot assessment in Finland covered a perspective for evaluating corporations' relocation activities, key enabling technologies, and organizational concepts. Relocation activities were reflected in off- or backshoring manufacturing or R&D. Depthness was taken by withdrawals from knowledge boundaries from the database content, which was combined with additive manufacturing and energy management systems. This is a representative study on the relocation factors, and what is outside scope is considered from the management human systems integrative angle of entry. The main research problem was can relocation activities be explained by the corporation's manufacturing key technologies and organizational concepts with cross-sectional indices of growth, manpower, and capital utilization. The response method was mixed in reviewing the EMS structural connections. The empirical finding content variables were bound with standardization and explaining scientific philosophy. As a result, the framework for relocation activities can explain firms' intentions over additive manufacturing and sustainable business. Conventionally selected literature sampling was used to identify likely supporting factors for the relocating activities. In conclusion, in terms of empirical findings, good politics, financing opportunities, and cooperation enable business growth and development.
The purpose of the study is to develop a method for assessing the level of digital infrastructure development for doing business in a region and a comparative analysis on the example of the two largest urban agglomerations of the Russian Federation-Moscow and St. Petersburg. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed, on the one hand, by the special role of the Moscow and St. Petersburg in the Russian economy, on the other hand, by the current processes of digitalization going on in the Russian economy. The authors propose a refined concept of “digital infrastructure of the region”, and justify the choice of indicators characterizing its level. The article presents the integral indicator for assessing the level of development of the region’s digital infrastructure, based on separate indicators of two types, characterizing, on the one hand, the material basis and on the another hand, the access to digital infrastructure. The study used a formula for calculation of the integral indicator. The presented formula is the convolution of the indicators of two types taking into account the relative significance of every indicator. The comparative analysis has been carried out, and recommendations have been developed for increasing the level of digital infrastructure development in the largest urban agglomerations of the Russian Federation-Moscow and St. Petersburg.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono ujęcie teoretyczne i praktyczne zagadnienia. W części teoretycznej omówiono zagadnienia przedsiębiorstwa zwinnego i okazji. W części empirycznej przedstawiono wyniki badań, w ramach których zostały ukazane zwinne zachowania organizacji, które doprowadziły do wykorzystania okazji.
The paper concerns the issues of development of single-industry towns located in the Northern part of Russia. The authors make focus on two territories of Russian Far North, namely Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions where 14 single-industry towns are located at moment. The study distinguishes two types of single industry towns accordingly to industry of city-forming enterprises, mining and manufacturing correspondingly. The paper is based on analysis of federal and regional statistics and investigation of indicators characterizing the social, economic and industrial development of single-industry towns in the period of the last 10-15 years. The study disclosed the fact of faster growth of production in single-industry towns belonging to mining industry despite of the accelerated depopulation in comparison with single-industry towns of manufacturing industries. This contradiction can be explained by higher level of modernization of enterprises from mining industry. The recommendation for the policy makers in priority setting in support of city-forming enterprises is formulated. The direction of the future research are indicated.

The organization is able to fulfill the requirements of the stakeholders by creating management system. One of the most popular management systems occurring in the organizations all over the world based on ISO requirements. Such model consists from different elements which also include human resources. The paper presents managerial aspect of human activity and risk according to the most popular Quality Management Systems. The first part of the paper concentrate on transfer knowledge from the management part to the operation filed of the organization. The second part of the article constitutes connection between chosen ISO management standards and the meaning of the human aspect in manufacturing. The last part of the paper deal with new proposal of the system which could be introduced in the turbulent environment of the enterprise. Article describes theoretical and practical aspects of the ISO systems implementation in small, medium and large organizations according to the human aspect and risk. It also presents the basic idea to the new system which concentrates on opportunities which occurs in changing environment of the enterprise.
