In recent years, researching the stability of the CNC machining process is a hotpot in CNC industry. Based on cDAQ and labVIEW, online monitoring system is presented, meanwhile, both software structure and hardware structure are introduced in detail. Researches show that vibration and pressure are the main factors for the quality of the flatness. By studying the relative vibration between the spindle and the platform in the Z axis direction, as well as the shifty pressure that tool works on the flatness of the workpiece, four experiments are designed in this paper under different technological conditions including free moving, Axial Depth of cut, speed and feed speed, which verify the reliability of the online monitoring system.
The 373 deposit,as a typical carbonanceous-siliceous-pelitic rock type uranium deposit,is rich in organic matter and pyrite.Close relationships exist between organic matter and uranium mineralization in a lot of uranium deposits. But few people have studied the relationship between uranium mineralization and organic matter of carbonanceous-siliceous-pelitic rock type uranium deposit.The organic matter type of 373 uranium deposit is type-II2.The sources of organic matter are mainly marine plankton,microbial and terrestrial plant. The organic maturity is relatively low,at the immature-low mature stage.Compared with the surrounding rock ,the ore has gone through higher paletemperature on account of hydrothermal and fault. The type and the maturity of organic matter result in the generation of large amount of humic acid during thermal evolution that could be preserved in strata. The contents of chloroform bitumen “A” of organic matter in the mineralized layer are 0.47—10.42ug/g .Asphaltene is the main component of chloroform bitumen “A”.The correlation between chloroform bitumen “A” and uranium content is high,as well as the correlation between the content of asphaltene and uranium content. Study shows that the functions of organic matter in 373 uranium deposit are mainly adsorption,complexation and reduction.
Karl Fischer moisture analysis method is regard as the best way to determine the water content of the substance, which is widely used in industry of petrochemical, food, cosmetic and so on. In order to improve the maneuverability of the method, reducing the costs and improve work efficiency, this paper presents a Karl Fischer moisture virtual analyzer (KFMVA) system, which using STC11F32XE MCU as the core of the system, combined with PC by the LABVIEW serial communication module, realized the data collection, processing, display, storage and print capabilities.
Intelligence is a trend in the development of vehicles. This smart car system uses CCD camera to get images. The process is divided into three parts: image acquisition, extract centerline and path recognition. In this paper, it tells how to pick up the effective information of the road and predict the trend of black-line. Experiments show that the tracking movement of the smart car is real-time, efficient and intelligent, which has achieved the expected goals.
