Synthesis, Antimicrobial Activity and Structure-Activity Relationship Study of N,N-Dibenzyl-cyclohexane-1,2-diamine Derivatives. -Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of a series of structurally diverse diamines (44 examples) are reported. Among them, compounds (Ib)-(If), (IIa) and (IIb) are found to be more active than tetracycline.
