A systematic investigation of the fine structure near the short wavelength limit of the continuous X-ray spectrum for the chromium compounds CrB, CrSb, and Cr2Te 3 has been made by means of a vacuum spectrometer with a curved (radius one meter) topaz crystal. Information about the density of states in the conduction band and the characteristic energy losses in these compounds is given.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
