Nowadays, in the current economy of Vietnam, logistics plays an important role in production and business activities of many enterprises, citizens and as well as the entire operation in the economy. However, logistics in Vietnam is still at a low level of development, which has not fully promoted the role of linking economic entities and activities in the national economy system. Therefore, logistics development is an urgent issue for policy makers as well as enterprises. This paper focuses on analyzing the status of logistics development in Vietnam, showing the results, limitations and causes of logistics development in Vietnam, thereby proposing some recommendations for development in the context of international economic integration.
Vietnam's rural area accounts for 65% of the population, providing over 70% of the labor force for the national economic sectors, of which 51% of the workforce is working in the agricultural sector. This is a sector that creates many jobs for rural areas, contributing 30% of GDP to the national economy. In the current period and the coming years, Vietnam's rural agriculture still plays an important role in the country's socio-economic development. However, Vietnam's rural areas are facing new difficulties and challenges, the growth of agriculture is slow and unsustainable; Farmers' living standards are low and slowly being improved; The disparity in living standards between urban and rural areas, and between regions and regions is tending to expand, especially in mountainous rural areas with unfavorable natural conditions, with many ethnic minorities living together, the gap between the rich and the poor is increasing. That creates conflicts and instability in society, threatening the sustainable development of the country. This article focuses on analyzing the state management situation on new rural construction in Muong Cha district, Dien Bien province, Vietnam, pointing out the achievements, limitations, causes and some recommendations for improvement. Vietnam is getting deeper and wider in its intergation with international economy, especially after becoming official member of World Trade Organization. This affiliation has benefited Vietnamese enterprises in being treated fairly on worldwide playground. Recently, they have realized there are a lot of oppotunities foreign direct investment. They also cooperate in adjusting Vietnamese State’s conception of offshore funding. This article concentrates in analyzing the fact of foreign direct investment of Vietnamese businesses, points out its achievements, disadvantages and reasons for limits, thus, makes an offer for the promomtion of Vietnamese enterprises to invest abroad directly in the context of world economic integration.
In order to effectively restructure agriculture, comprehensive solutions are needed, in which the solution of agricultural land consolidation and concentration must be accompanied by strong reform of the conditions of agricultural production such as organizing good inputs and outputs markets, brand building and protection, strengthening agricultural product quality management, improving the competitiveness of the agricultural sector, respecting market rules, so that the markets can regulate the production scale and technology applied with the orientation and support of the Government, etc. In this way, Vietnam's agriculture can enter a new stage of development. This paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural land consolidation in Vietnam. The authors have clarified the results as well as limitations in agricultural land consolidation for Vietnam. The cause of the limitations in agricultural land consolidation for Vietnam in recent years and recommendations to promote land consolidation for agricultural development in Vietnam in the near future.
