Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kesiapan dosen sebagai pendamping kegiatan MBKM sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan output yang sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dan dunia usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi dosen Universitas Flores tentang MBKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Responden adalh para dosen yang berjumlah 184 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner pada link yang dibagikan. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dosen memperoleh informasi MBKM dari berbagai sumber sehingga memiliki pengetahuan tentang MBKM. Pengetahuan tentang MBKM menjadi tidak utuh karena belum semua dosen terlibat dalam MBKM, baik sebagai pendamping, penyusun dokumen maupun rapat-rapat terkait MBKM di tingkat Program Studi, Fakultas dan Universitas. Sejak adanya MBKM dosen Universitas Flores juga terlibat pada kegiatan seperti KKN Tematik, Magang, Praktek Kerja Nyata, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat bersama maahasiswa. Dosen Universitas Flores akan merekomendasikan mahasiswanya mengikuti MBKM karena dapat meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill mahasiswa, dan Dosen bersedia menjadi pembimbing / pendamping dan siap meningkatkan kompetensi dirinya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dosen Universitas Flores mendukung pelaksanaan MBKM di Universitas Flores dan akan selalu meningkatkan kompetensinya agar menajdi pendamping yang baik bagi mahasiswa.
<span lang="EN-US">Nuabosi cassava is an alternative carbohydrate source for the community, which is expected to be a substitute for rice. This commodity has the potential to be developed, but is limited in resources, so it requires technological breakthroughs. This study aims at analyzing the level of technical, allocative and economic efficiency between the cassava cropping pattern and the factors that affect the efficiency. The research was conducted in Randotonda Village, from November 2019 to January 2020 and the samples consisted of 61 monoculture farmers and 46 multiple cropping farmers. Data analysis was performed using the Cobb-Douglass stochastic frontier production function. The allocative and economic efficiency was examined with the stochastic frontier cost function approach. The results of stochastic frontier estimation show that all variables have a positive effect on the production variable. The variables having a positive effect on the total cost include the price of cassava cuttings, the price of fertilizer, production and the dummy cropping pattern. The average level of economic efficiency of monoculture farmers is lower than that of multiple cropping farmers. Factors that affect economic efficiency are age, length of time to cultivate, frequency of obtaining information, dummy of farmer group membership and dummy of cropping patterns. In short, the level of technical, allocative and economic efficiency of monoculture farmers is lower than that of multiple cropping farmers. Farmers are expected to pay attention to the types of plants that are suitable in implementing the multiple cropping pattern</span><span lang="IN">.</span>
Excessive use of inorganic fertilizers and intensive tillage can cause changes in chemical properties and soil fertility. This study aims to determine the chemical properties of the soil and the level of soil fertility on land that cultivates vegetables. The research was conducted in Rewarangga Selatan Village, Ende Regency. This research was conducted using a survey method, by taking soil samples by composite methods on spinach, mustard and kale vegetables. The variables observed were soil pH, C-Organic, P2O5, K2O, CEC, and KB. These variables were analyzed for soil chemical properties and then matched using soil chemical criteria and soil fertility from the Bogor Soil Research Center. The results showed that the soil chemical criteria were soil pH in the acidic to very acidic category (4.0–5.0) , moderate C-Organic (2.03% – 2.37%), very high P2O5 (39.53 ppm – 48.90 ppm), very high K2O (1.01 me/100gr – 1.24 me/100gr), very high CEC (40.11 me/100gr – 40.33 me/100gr), and very high KB (82 ,11% - 86.76%) . While the criteria for soil fertility in the cultivation of vegetables are moderate.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur persepsi Tenaga Kependidikan tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka di Universitas Flores. Survei dilakukan terhadap 118 Tenaga Kependidikan, menggunakan instrumen pada aplikasi SPADA Dikti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya 13% Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Flores mengetahui kebijakan MBKM secara keseluruhan dan mengetahui kebijakan MBKM melalui media masa sebesar 21%. Pemahaman Implementasi tentang MBKM masih rendah yaitu 18%, bersedia ikut berpartisipasi secara penuh 24% dan 29% merasa puas dan ingin lebih jauh berpartisipasi. Hasil survei menujukkan bahwa MBKM akan meningkatkan soff skill dan hard skill mahasiswa dengan sangat baik sebesar 13% dan peningkatan dengan sangat baik bagi dosen sebesar 47%. Hasil survei menunjukkan 52% Tenaga Kependidkan mengetahui adanya pedoman MBKM di level Universitas dan menyatakan manfaat implementasi MBKM dalam pemenuhan CPL sebesar 63%. Perbandingan signifikan peningkatan kualitas lulusan menghadapi dunia paska kampus sebelum MBKM hasil survei menunjukkan 10% menyatakan bahwa ada peningkatan dengan sangat baik terhadap kualitas lulusan dan 81% Tendik merekomendasikan agar program MBKM diikuti mahasiswa Universitas Flores.
This study aims to determine the effect of immersion time with the vanilla stem cuttings of plan growth regulators Rotoone – F of credit for the growth of roots and shoots of vanilla cuttings. The treatment used in this study is A0 (without immersion), A1 (immersion time 5 min), A2 (soaking time 10 min), and A3 (soaking time 15 min) variable observation in this study is the number of shoots, root number, number of The firs day of growing shoots, shoots length, root length, root diameter, wet weight and dry weight of cuttings of vanilla. The result showed that root growth best to treatment with the immersion time of 15 min (A3) is indicated by the highest number of roots, root length and diameter to treatment with the highest root of soaking time 15 min (A3) in 14 to 28 HST HST. The result showed that the growth of shoots best to treatment with the immersion time of 15 min (A3) is indicated by a number of days the first shoots to grow the fastest, most number of shoots, shoot length, wet weight and dry weight of the highest in treatments with soaking time 15 (A3) in 14 HST to 28 HST.
