Lead titanate powders were synthesized via sol-gel combustion method. Citric acid was used as the fuel to reduce the crystallization temperature. The ratios of sol to fuel contents were 1:1 to 1:4 by%w/w. The synthesized powder was characterized by XRD and SEM. The XRD results indicated that the single tetragonal phase can be obtained at the low calcinations temperature (300 • C) with using the ratio of 1:4. The particle are almost spherical shape and the particle size were increased with the increasing of calcinations temperatures and the particle size were about 98-116 nm.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
