This study aims to discuss the role of competence, work motivation and work discipline in predicting employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka West Java. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka. The sampling technique used is saturated sample where all populations i.e. 57 employees in the research object was taken as the sample. The data collection technique in this study is survey method by distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three predictors of competence, work motivation and work discipline individually have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. Furthermore, three predictors simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. This research discusses the implication at the end of this paper.
