In this research, a needle bar was studied to approach the techniques and manufactures of this product by learning via the expert. Although the fixed of the pins on the brass bar is the only one step to make a needle bar, the fixed method is so complicate. It requires the fineness and high skill from manufacturer. The soldering process was used for fixed pins and brass bar together. However, the effect of heat transfer from soldering process on brass bar revealed the curve of specimen. The hitting technique was used to modify the curve. This technique is very useful. The curved of needle bar was improved and became too straight.

INTRODUCTIONThe last experiment of study the difference among an expert and a non-expert in the behavior for chucking in the lathe found that the characteristic of standing posture of an expert worker ; standing aligned with the chuck (AC) and right side of the chuck (RC); and the hand holding position on chuck key ; both the left hand and the right hand held on the handle of chuck key (LR) and only the right hand was holding on the handle and the left hand held on the shank of chuck key (SR); did not influenced on the movement pattern of body along the vertical axis value. However, only the standing posture influenced the movement pattern of top plane. The distance movements of shoulder right, waist left and waist right are quite similar. In addition, Expert worker always bent the body down forward while he was chucking whereas the non-expert always kept upright standing along the movement of chucking. The body of the non-expert has not moved forward. Expert worker has a quite steady balanced movement between left and right side of body until he twisted the body for chucking. The body leaning did not rather appearance. While he was chucking he did not blend his knee and have not up and down movement. Conversely, the non-expert who has stood only left side of the chuck (LC) and put the left hand and the right hand held on the handle of chuck key (LR) could not keep the balance movement. He often leaned the left side of body. It is determinant of inclining the body to the left while he was beginning chucking. The nonexpert kept standing upright along movement of chucking.
