Metadichol ® [1] is a Nanoemulsion of long-chain alcohols called as Policosanol and is present in foods such as rice, sugar cane, wheat, and peanuts. Metadichol ® acts on Nuclear Vitamin D receptors (VDR) that have a ubiquitous presence in cells and tissues of the body to stimulate the immune system and inhibit a variety of disease processes, resulting from viral, bacterial and parasitic infections. Infectious agents can cause disease by avoiding normal host defense mechanisms or by subverting them to promote their replication. They do so by blocking VDR receptor that is responsible for innate immunity, and this suppression of the immune response leads to persistent infections. We present a case study of a patient who had acquired MRSA infections and how Metadichol ® by its actions on the VDR has resolved the problem of this deadly disease without any side effects.

Metadichol ® acts on Nuclear Vitamin D receptors (VDR) that are present in cells throughout the body to stimulate the immune system and inhibit a variety of disease processes, resulting from inflammation to infection [1].We present a case study of a patient with Rheumatoid arthritis with the high levels of RF antibodies, CRP and ESR levels, and low bone mineral density leading to osteoporosis. The case report shows how Metadichol ® by its actions on the VDR has affected key biomarkers and mitigated the disease conditions without any side effects. Also, his bone density improved dramatically.Metadichol ® is safe because it consists of natural components of conventional foods and has no known adverse side effects. Its constituents are present in many foods that we consume every day.Metadichol ® has the potential to serve as a novel, safe solution to help patients with RA and other autoimmune diseases that confront the world today.
Metadichol ® a nano formulation of long-chain lipid alcohols derived from food. It is an inverse agonist of Vitamin D Receptor (VDR), Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR), and Ror Game (RORC) that could have beneficial effects on skin diseases. We now present case studies of patents with various skin disease show Metadichol is an inverse agonist of these nuclear receptors thus modulating Th1 pathway towards a TH2 and Th 17 and IL 17 and IL22 and also being a TNF alpha inhibitor can modulate IL23 thus blocking the major pathways that exacerbate many Skin diseases. Metadichol is the first molecule successfully navigates around the problems involved with promiscuous ligands and targets. It fulfils the goals of the emerging field of Poly pharmacology, i.e. a single drug is able to bind to multiple targets beyond the "one drug, one target" philosophy. We show how Metadichol is an innovative treatment for treating multiple skin diseases eczema, acne, diabetic wounds and viral and bacterial infection and also improving skin texture. Metadichol ® is a safe nontoxic low cost solution and is an alternative to numerous clinical candidates in combating over 3000 skin diseases.
