<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
<p><em>The purpose of this research was to understand human capital analysis to talent management program, training and development to improvement employees competency. It was a qualitative research with an case study method conduct at BSG Group (6 companies) in 2019. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and recording. The data analysis to understand management program was run with the company to make strategic changes to improve employees competency approach to human capital, including: (1) talent management, (2) training and development, using balance scorecard as measurement quality. The findings lead to the recommendation to make change talent management program, training and development to enhancement employees competency in linking the company's business strategy that can create an increase job productivity and company profits in accordance with the intended purpose the support and commitment of top management and empower to all employees synergistically.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This research used the quantitative approach with survey method. The samples of this research were 110 empoyees selected randomly. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis by supporting descriptive statistics. The results of the research concluded: organizational Justice, leadership behavior, employee trust and job satisfaction had a direct effect on employee’s organizational commitment; organizational Justice,leadership behavior, and trust had a direct effect on employee’s job satisfaction; As implication of this research finding PT BRAMhave to improving employee’s organizational commitment through leadership behavior, trust and job satisfaction.</em></p>

<p><em>The Problem of this research is organization commitment as a part an important strategy for deciding the follow-up of a strategic plan that is influenced by leadership behavior, job satisfaction through employee trust as a mediating variable in which there is a gap between theoretical and actual. The results obtained by the company that can change its decision in a certain period have an impact on the organization's commitments that have been previously set. The purpose of this research is to know effect of effect of behavior and job satisfaction on organization commitment through trust employee as mediating variable in PT. BRAM. </em><em>The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionnaire. The samples consisted of 110 employees PT. BRAM, which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of PLS 2.0. The finding and contribution in this research that </em><em>leadership behavior and job satisfaction had a direct effect on employee trust and employee trust had direct effect on organization commitment. Research implication of this research finding PT. BRAM to make strategies planning with implementation involving good leadership behavior, employee job satisfaction and employee trust as mediating on organization commitment.</em><em></em></p><p><em> </em></p>
