The objective of this study is to examine the role of entrepreneurial orientation and leadership management in organizational agility with the help of customer focus as mediating variable. Data collection is made through survey questionnaire. Hotel industry of Thailand is considered in this study. Therefore, questionnaires were distributed among the employees of Thailand hotels. Results of the study are approached by analyzing the data through statistical software. It is found that; entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on organizational agility and customer focus. Furthermore, leadership management has positive effect on organizational agility and customer focus. Customer focus by hotels also promoting organizational agility with the help of entrepreneurial orientation and leadership management.
