The Internet and teens are the two things are interrelated. Survey from the Ministry of Communications and Information in Indonesia showed that the largest internet usage is to access social media. In Indonesia, the phenomenon of young people in using social media is quite interesting to study. Teens build their self-identity to obtain the image they want and express private problem into a social media issues raised in this study. The theory used in this research is the Social Identity Theory, Symbolic Interaction and Media Ecology. This study is a qualitative study using phenomenological method. Results from this study showed that adolescents show identity vary in their social media and they express personal problems in social media, but in the form implied.

Covid-19 pandemic forces everyone in the world to change lifestyle dramatically, including our education system. Teachers, parents, and students in kindergarten are required to do teaching and learning activities from and at home for quite a long period. Children in kindergarten who are ideally very limited in their gadget consumption now have more access to gadgets due to parents' burden in running the house and working from home. As the teacher also become parents, they face a double burden in teaching someone else's children and children of their own. This research is the result of our community service activity to the teachers of kindergarten in Semarang by online meetings via group WhatsApp and zoom. It is aimed to evaluate the shift of understanding and attitude of the teachers regarding the use of gadgets and the learn from home activities before and after treatment. The treatment was intended to change the understanding and attitude of the teachers to be more positive in assisting and facilitating the kindergarten students to learn from home.
Advances in technology and communication have influenced how people's consumption patterns use media, one of which is internet media. Internet media is currently also used by children to access social media. Unfortunately, the use of internet media by children is not accompanied by their parents. Bullying behavior on social media is a vulnerable thing for children. For this reason, it is important to have parental mediation for children to avoid being perpetrators or victims of cyberbullying. This study uses phenomenological analysis, to see individual experiences. The results of this study indicate that parental mediation carried out by parents can be in the form of how parents have good media literacy, especially internet media which is the ability to access, analyze, and evaluate the power of images, sounds, and messages in communicating and assisting children in accessing digital media. The phenomenon of cyberbullying is understood by respondents by the presence of intimidating behavior, in the form of mocking expressions at other individuals. Even so, the child feels that this behavior is just a joke, not to bully.
The use of social media by children is common today. The technological developments indirectly affect how children using a gadget. Unfortunately, bullying behaviour on social media is also susceptible to children. For this reason, it is important to have assistance from parents for children to avoid being perpetrators or victims of bullying. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of parental assistance in bullying behaviour on social media. This research is a descriptive qualitative research to analyze events, phenomena, and social conditions. Behaviour is related to both verbal and nonverbal actions done by a person. Cyberbullying is the use of technology to intimidate, victimize, or disturb individuals or groups of people. The form of parental assistance can be in the form of how parents have a good literacy in the media, especially internet media in which people have the ability to access, analyze, and evaluate the strength of images, sounds, and messages.
