Analysis techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The purposive sampling method is a sample selection method based on population characteristics that have been determined. The sample in this study amounted to 15 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2019. The author uses secondary data sources namely financial report resume data in the form of balance sheet and income statement obtained from the websites of each company that were sampled in this study during the observation period, namely 2015-2019. While the data collection method used is the documentation technique. The documentation technique is data collection which is done by looking at the data of each company and then quoting or copying it. in this study the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis supported by the classic assumption test. The results of this study are that the Return On Asset (ROA) has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Erning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and not significant effect on stock prices, and together Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Erning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices. Banks are financial institutions that collect and distribute funds in the forms of deposits such as savings, deposits, current accounts, etc. from and for people who need funds for various needs, such as for consumption, working capital or business capital, housing and investment. In addition, banks must help the community to improve their living standards by distributing funds or giving credit to people who need funds. This is in accordance with the function of the bank itself, namely the bank as the distributor of funds. The purpose of this research is to examine and obtain evidence about factors that influence loan distribution at a bank. Internal factors that influence loan distribution are Third Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans, and Profitability. Efforts to increase credit at banks require optimal efforts to raise third-party funds, good credit management, and capital strengthening. This type of research is quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The population used in this study is commercial banks from 2013 to 2017. The data come from commercial bank financial statements. As the benefit of this research the government can use it as a mapping material for distributing loan to commercial banks; the bank management can take it into consideration in making commercial bank lending policies. The results of the research show that profitability can mediate the relationship between third party funds and non-performing loans on loan distribution. Third party funds have a significant positive effect on loan distribution. Non-Performing Loans have a significant negative effect on loan distribution. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: bagaimana pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur subsektor food and baverage yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada diperoleh 13 sampel perusahaan food and baverage. Teknik analisi data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap niaiperusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
This study aims to find out how significant the difference caused by the covid-19 pandemic is on the Profitability (ROA,ROE,NPM) of the Kompas 100 company.In this research, using descriptive comparative with quantitative approach and using secondary data. The population includes companies listed on the Kompas 100 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, then selected using purposive sampling technique, obtained a total of 46 companies that meet the criteria. The profitability uses (ROA, ROE, NPM). Then the ratio was tested differently using the Wilcoxon sign rank test with the help of SPSS 22.The results showed that there was a significant difference in profitability ratios which included ROA, ROE and NPM at the Kompas 100 company between the period before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh rasio likuiditas (Current Ratio), profitabilitas (Return On Assets), leverage (Debt To Asset Ratio), dan rasio aktivitas (Total Aset Turn Over) terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan sub sektor industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah financial distress dan variabel independen dalam penellitian ini adalah likuiditas, profitabilitas, leverage, dan aktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder. Data diperoleh dari perusahaan sub sektor industri makanan dan minuman dari tahun 2016-2020 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda yang menggunakan SPSS 20. Variabel Financial Distress di prioksikan menggunakan rumus Altman Z-Scored. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, profitabilitas, aktivitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap financial distress, sedangkan leverage tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap financial distress.
