This study aims to determine the effectiveness of membrane transport learning which contains ethnoscience for cognitive learning outcomes and entrepreneurial interests in SMAN 1 Kendal students. The instrument of data collection are question and questionnaire. The results are average pretest score of experiment class is 49,67 and posttest score is 83,50. Besides, control class have 52,17 and 72,33 as average pretest score and posttest score respectively. Both class are classified to medium category based on N-gain value (the value of experiment class is 0,67 and 0,44 for control class). Those class have significant difference result of t test both in posttest score and entrepreneurial interest (p <0,05). The conclusion of this research is that the ethnoscience of salted egg production in membrane transport learning is significantly effective (p <0,05) for cognitive learning outcomes and entrepreneurial interest of SMA N 1 Kendal students. Key words: cognitive learning outcomes, entrepreneurial interest, ethnosains,  salted egg  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran transport membran bermuatan etnosains terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan minat berwirausaha siswa SMA. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan butir soal, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rata-rata nilai pretest kelas eksperimen 49,67 dan nilai posttest sebesar 83,50;  pada kelas kontrol rata-rata pretest sebesar 52, 17 dan nilai posttest sebesar 72,33;  N-gain kelas eskperimen maupun kelas kontrol pada kategori sedang, demikian juga pada kelas kontrol (nilai N gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,67, kelas kontrol sebesar 0,44); uji t pretest posttest kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol menunjukkan berbeda secara signifikan (p<0,05); uji t posttest kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol menunjukkan berbeda secara signifikan (p<0,05); minat berwirausaha kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol menunjukkan berbeda secara signifikan (p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah  bahwa etnosains produksi telur asin dalam pembelajaran transport membran efektif secara signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap  hasil belajar kognitif dan minat berwirausaha siswa. Kata kunci : hasil belajar kognitif, minat wira usaha, etnosains, telur asin

This research aims to identify the role of Islamic religion teachers in instilling religious values in elementary schools.  Data collecting is done by making direct observations of intensive learning activities and learning outside which are considered to prioritize attitude or religious.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach.  This type of research is a phenomenological research. This research examines a phenomenon that exists in SD Negeri 182/1 Lindung Hutan.  The result of this research shows that the role of Islamic religious education  teachers is very important in instilling religious values in schools. The teacher is a model in the process of instilling religious value for the students.

A person's personality affects their performance, with appropriate placement of talents and potential to increase work productivity. Employees who stand alone are organizational organizations in the framework of competition. Competition in organizations is usually in the form of new ideas, fast service, and accurate decisions. To support this, adequate Human Resources (HR) and satisfying services are needed. To support these services, employees who have a personality and motivation that reflect attitudes are needed. The company in carrying out its activities is supported by human resources, namely employees who excel with a constructive attitude and character, have high responsiveness and are creative. Such as those who run Subekhi and Mohammad (2012: 16), namely in large organizations, large capital, sophisticated technology, natural resources that are impossible to use without adequate human resources, have the ability and competence to utilize environmental resources. Likewise, in the field of work personality, it contributes to work. This is related to personality factors which also determine the suitability of a person's job. There are several types of work according to the type of personality.

Pipa merupakan salah satu alat transportasi minyak dan gas yang paling aman dan ekonomis. Selain itu, kelebihan pipa adalah sifatnya yang continuous, otomatis dan mampu digunakan untuk berbagai macam kondisi lingkungan. Dalam transportasi gas bumi, material pipa yang sering digunakan adalah baja karbon karena sifatnya yang mudah di-machining dan keuletan yang tinggi. Pipa jrebeng 1, Jrebeng 2, Nginden dan Kali Surabaya merupakan beberapa jembatan pipa gas yang dimiliki oleh PGN. Jembatan pipa berada pada posisi above ground sehingga tidak terproteksi secara katodik, yang menyebabkan jembatan pipa ini rentan terkorosi baik berasal dari korosi internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju korosi pada daerah tersebut. Pipa yang digunakan adalah pipa dengan jenis API 5L Grade B dan metode pengukuran ketebalan pada pipa menggunakan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa laju korosi yang terjadi pada jembatan pipa gas jrebeng 1 dan 2, jembatan nginden, jembatan kali Surabaya secara berturut-turut adalah sebagai berikut : 0,0213 mmpy; 0,02183 mmpy; 0,0413 mmpy; 0,0250 mmpy. Sisa umur pipa pada masing-masing jembatan pipa gas adalah sebagai berikut: 265 Tahun, 313 Tahun, 101 Tahun, 201 Tahun. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan MAOP dan analisis remaining life, maka jembatan pipa gas Jrebeng 1 dan 2, jembatan Nginden, jembatan Kali Surabaya masih dalam kondisi yang handal. .
