The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of two independent variables; emotional intelligence and big five personalities, on the dependent variable, namely the bullying behavior of teenage santri at pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in West Sumatra. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis methods with a significance level of 0.05 or 5%. The sample consisted of 200 santri in pesantren of West Sumatra, taken using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection instruments used the Wong and Law's Emotional Intelligence Scale, the Big Five Inventory and the Revised Olweus Bullying/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on emotional intelligence and big five personality toward bullying behavior of santri. Emotional intelligence consist of self-assessment, emotional assessment of others, emotional regulation, emotional use. The big five personality consist of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness. The hypothesis test results show that two minor hypotheses significantly affect the bullying behavior of santri in pesantren, namely the emotional regulation dimension of self-emotional assessment and the agreeableness dimension of the big five personalities.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of firm value, debt level, and financial distress on hedging decisions. The population of this research is the manufacturing company sector various industrial that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The sample used in this research consist of 12 manufacturing companies in the various industrial sector. The sampling method is non probability sampling with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analysis is performed by using regression analysis logistic. The results of the research with the logistic regression test show that in the LR test simultaneously all independent variables, namely Firm Value, Debt Level, and Financial Distress together have a effect on hedging decisions with a significant value less than 0.05, namely 0.004023 < 0,05. In the Z-score Test Statistic (partially), the Firm Value with a significant value of 0,0527 > 0.05, it does not affect the Hedging Decision. The Debt Level with a significant value of 0,0218 < 0.05 has effect on hedging decisions. Financial distress with a significant value of 0,0018 < 0.05, it has a significant effect on hedging decisions. The McFadden R2 test for the three variables obtained 16% while the remaining 84% was explained by other variables not explained in this research. The purpose of this journal is to provide broader knowledge related to efforts to preserve and develop local tourism objects, namely Sungai Murai Waterfall so that tourists and the surrounding community can enjoy it as a natural recreation area. The government of Rokan Hulu Regency explores all the potentials it has and requires local governments to administer governance and develop regional potential. The first step that can be taken by local governments is to see the potentials they have and be able to manage them well and fight for them. The activity carried out by the UNRI 2022 Kukerta students in the form of installing a signboard "MURAI SUNGAI WATERFALL TOURISM OBJECT" which has been prepared so that visitors will know that there is a tourist attraction, then students also carry out Gotong Royong cleaning the Waterfall area so that it looks beautiful, and the naturalness of the water is maintained. The waterfall, and the last activity is to make Google Maps as directions for Sungai Murai Waterfall so that visitors from various regions can easily find the location because basically people like to visit tourist objects that are easy to find.
Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat penerapan Augmented Reality terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan membaca berbagai jurnal yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi Augmented Reality sebagai media pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Prosedur penelitian yaitu dengan menentukan topik bahasan berupa manfaat penerapan teknolohi Augmented Reality terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman belajar siswa, setelah itu mencari berbagai referensi jurnal atau hasil penelitian yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi Augmented Reality terhadap motivasi belajar dan pemahman belajar siswa, dan mengambil kesimpulan dari berbagai referesni yang sudah dibaca dan dipahami. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pendidikan menggunakan Augmented Reality dapat merangsang pola pikir peserta didik dalam berpikiran kritis pada suatu masalah dan kejadian yang ada pada keseharian, karena sifat dari media pendidikan yaitu membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran dengan ada atau tidak adanya pendidik dalam proses pendidikan, sehingga pemanfaatan media pendidikan dengan Augmented Reality dapat secara langsung memberikan pembelajaran dimanapun dan kapanpun peserta didik ingin melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian, Augmented Reality menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran baik di kelas maupun secara mandiri.
Latar Belakang: Mual dan muntah dalam kehamilan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup. Mual muntah menyebabkan dehidrasi, malnutrisi, ketidakseimbangan elektrolit dan penurunan berat badan dan dapat menjadi hiperemesis gravidarum. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian seduhan jahe dan mint terhadap mual muntah pada ibu hamil trimester 1 di PMB Kabupaten Bogor. Metodologi: Penelitian quasi experimental dengan pre and post-test design without control group. Sampel berjumlah 30 ibu hamil trimester I dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen terdiri dari (PUQE)-24 Scoring system, seduhan jahe dan mint, lembar observasi dan informed consent. Data dianalisis menggunakan descriptive statistics, paired t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor dalam satu kelompok dan independent t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor antar kelompok. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan ada perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah diberikan seduhan jahe dan mint (p<0,05) dengan rata-rata penurunan yang menunjukkan hasil seduhan jahe lebih efektif dibanding mint. Kesimpulan: Seduhan jahe dan mint mengurangi rasa mual muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I.
