Short CommunicationCreatinine (C) is present almost entirely in muscle (95%), in free form (30-40%) and phosphorylated (CP). Other organs where creatinine is found are heart, brain, testicles, retina of eyes. Increased P Cr concentration is expressed with greater ATP production during maximum physical activity.
Being overweight or obese is one thing, but childhood obesity is another thing altogether. Everything around you are different, even yourself. The entire picture becomes clearer when you have your own experience-when you yourself have been an obese child. Memories come and seem that you are looking at yourself in a film. A long movie playing your past, all for you. As per the ancient Balkan mentality, overweight/obesity is a sign of wellness and wealth, and this is true in some families. The way that they eat, love, drink, and celebrate is sometimes connected with being prosperous and being "healthy." Some centuries ago, a woman had to be overweight/obese to be considered beautiful. In "The Epic of the Kreshniks," (Albanian mythology) being beautiful, especially for women, means being big and fat. The mythical hero Muji needed to marry the biggest and the fattest woman in the district (Epic of Kreshniks" is a kind of Albanian mythology, for heroes for big sizes, where hyperbolic and metaphor are very common. In the meantime, has served as a subtracts of our creation of Albanian nation). Now, however, the mentality has changed and being healthy and not obese is the goal. But obesity and eating behavior are vital topics and dealing with them is not easy (Form the past till now the mentality to be big and fat has changed. Now the strategy against overweight and obesity is in children's adults and ages). Genes do not define one's destiny. Genes are not the destination (the study shows that we can change our way of life depending also on other factors as nutrition healthy lifestyle and social health care standards. Obese parents not necessarily give birth to obese children…. heredity goes until 40 % so the case is open to improve the healthy way of our life)
Physical activity provides important physical, mental and social benefits. In children and adolescents, participation in physical activity is associated with improved musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and mental health systems, including reducing anxiety and depression. The study aims to support the development of health promotion in school-age children. During March-April 2019 in three cities in Albania we conducted a transversal study with children aged 11 and 13 years. The total number of participants in the study was 1804, out of which 39 were excluded because they were unreliable and 87 were inaccurate in formulation. The participation rate in the study was 1678/1804 = 93%. Anthropometric measurements of children were performed via removable scale and stadiometer. Measuring weight was carried by the weighing scale accuracy ± 100 gr. and measuring capacity 200 kg and measuring the length of stadiometer removable scale accuracy of ± 1 mm. and the measurement interval from 20-205 cm. It measured 1660/1804 = 92% of the children participating. All data analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 22.0. Reported 87 children (5.2%) that were not developed in any physical activity 7 days a week, 415 (24.7%) stated that they had developed physical activity 1-2 days, while 1176 (70.1%) children reported that they had developed physical activity at least three days of the week. In terms of body mass index categories, 137 (8.3%) of the children were underweight, 1209 (72.8%) had a normal body weight, 236 (14.2%) were overweight, and 78 (4.7%) of the children were obese. Our study found that boys perform more physical activity than girls, and the level of physical activity decreases with age. Attempts to lose weight or to keep the diet resulted more evident in girls than in boys. This behavior was more pronounced with increasing age.
Working with children requires a special approach due to the widedifferences that are seen within and between diverse gender and age groups. We hypo these that we had a possibility to get information on the relationship between obesity, physicalactivity, and inactivity in children 11 and 14-years.We expect that boys will be more active than girls. We expect that children from local area are leaner than central area. Subjects and methods: Cross section survey of 306 boys and 313 girls,(11 and 14 years old)-randomly selected in 6 different schools in Tirana placed in the center and local area on overweight and obesity phenomena Conclusion: The data of this study show a non-significant situation or problem of overweight and obesity in children, both in center and local area. A contrary what believed, there is an underweight problem in girls11 years from local area
By making a memorandum of understanding with who read this, I want to make clear some thoughts, or opinions regarding overweight and its management. In fact, it is an interview with me, with responsibility and with an apology if it is not clearly understood by everyone. I do not want to write to an imaginary person like great ancient Seneca to Lucios, but I want to express as in a monograph some thoughts, which I say to myself hoping that it can serve as little as possible on this big problem, on the problem of overweight and its management.
