A supply chain is made up of independent entities having independent decision-making abilities, each intent on maximizing his benefits. The coordination of a three-level supply chain made up of one manufacturer, one distributor and one retailer is studied under the random demand. Firstly, the optimal order quantity is determined with the channel coordination of the supply chain; Secondly, the paper designs a combined contract (revenue-sharing contract & rebate-penalty contract, RS-RP contract) to coordinate the supply chain, namely, manufacturer offers distributor a revenue-sharing contract and distributor offers retailer a rebate-penalty contract. The paper validates that RS-RP contract can coordinate the three-level supply chain by choosing reasonable parameters. The reasonable choice of parameters can attain the win-win good among all business members, which will help to improve the decision-making capacity and competive ability of businesses involved in the supply chain, and the sizes of parameters in a reasonable range relate to the bargaining position of a business. Finally, the validity of the RS-RP contract is illustrated by a numerical example.
Strengthened coating on the surface of 35CrMo steel alloy was deposited by
electrospark process using NiCr electrode. The bond strength and microhardness of the coating was
checked and the microstructure of the strengthened coating was analyzed using the optical
micro-scope, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersion
spectrum (EDS). The results show that the bond strength between the coating and the base metal is
495.1MPa, and the hardness of the coating surface is about 2 times than that of the base metal, and
the property of the workpieces surface has become better. The coating is a metallurgical reacting
bonding layer between the base metal and the NiCr electrode, and its main ingredients are FeNi and
NiCrFe.
As reflection of property rights in the field of water resources, water rights is the right to use water resources in a certain period of time based on water quantity and water quality. Aimed at solving the issue of basin initial water right allocation in China, on the basis of the pre-research of index system of basin initial water rights allocation system, as well as the complexity and differences of the allocation system, the index system of basin initial water rights allocation system in this paper is comprehensively designed, and the index framework divided into three layers of target, criteria and index angles is established.

Revenue-sharing contract is studied under disruption. An optimal strategy for supply chain to deal with the disruption is given and an improved revenue-sharing contract which has anti-disruption ability is proposed. It also analyzes the distribution of profit among the entities. Finally the paper gives an application by simulation.
