25°C were inoculated by dipping roots in a conidial suspension (10 6 conidia/mL) of isolate KMEARM-2. Noninoculated plants treated with sterilized water served as the control. After 15 days, only the inoculated plants exhibited the same symptoms observed in the commercial greenhouses, from which F. oxysporum was reisolated. To our knowledge, this is the first report of F. oxysporum on E. agavoides cv. Romeo in southwestern China.
