Since there are lots of qualitative indexes on safety assessment of the electric power supply company, the issue becomes exigent as how to transform qualitative descriptions to quantitative indication to make the safety assessment more scientific and accurate. Cloud theory which is based on traditional fuzzy set theory and probability theory consider the fuzziness and randomness, providing a powerful method for qualitative and quantitative information combining. This paper introduces Cloud gravity center evaluation in Cloud theory to safety assessment of the electric power supply company, which renders the reasonable transformation from qualitative concepts to quantitative descriptions. The case analysis shows the method is verified and scientific.
In the modern industry, in order to reduce the inventory pressure, a variety of parts began to use unified kind spare parts for maintenance. However, highly integrated equipment is more difficult to use traditional RCM models, and researchers begin to steering based on state monitoring methods. Deepen a prediction of equipment failure. This paper mainly discussed the data-driven analysis method based on the Wiener process to predict the fault law of the same type. The joint model innovatively adopts the (s-1, s) policy considering the industrial characteristic and multi-period resupply. In the end, we analyze (s-1, s) policy in joint optimization by comparison to draw the optimal policy combination.
It is an urgent problem to solve for generation companies that how to find the optimal bidding strategy to obtain the highest profits and to decrease the risk to the lowest level. This paper presented a new bidding decision model with risk management for generation companies based on the conditional value at risk (CVaR). In the process of building the optimal bidding decision models, three situations are considered separately, including only consider maximize the expected return or the CVaR value of benefit, and considering the benefit and risk (CVaR). By this method, the generation companies can be determined the two decision variables of bidding price and bidding output to maximize its revenue at the same time to declare the risk.
