Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa yang menggunakan media evaluasi pembelajaran quizizz dengan media evaluasi pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan data ke dua sampel berdistribusi normal karena nilai signifikansi (sig) > 0,05. Ke dua sampel pada penelitian ini homogen karena harga F hitung (1,681) < F tabel (2,271). Pada uji hipotesis didapatkan harga (0,69) lebih kecil dari (2,03). Maka pada penelitian ini Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa yang menggunakan media evaluasi pembelajaran quizizz dengan siswa yang menggunakan media evaluasi pembelajaran konvensional.
The background of this research is to find information on learning models that can improve the thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model to enhance the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning. This study was a true experimental design with a type of post-test group. The results showed that the problem-based learning model could improve the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning. This study implies that elementary school teachers can use a problem-based learning model in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in science learning in elementary schools.
Abstract— This study aims to assess teachers in education. This type of research is combination research (quantitative and qualitative). Research subjects were 55 people. The research data was obtained through questionnaires, peers, interviews, and data from the analysis using a percentage formula. The results of the study found that pedagogic competence: (1) For the questionnaire the average total score was 4.2. (2) For peer rankings average total score of 4.0, with the achievement level of respondents 80% remaining in the "good" category, (3) Average productivity score of 4.0, with an achievement level of respondents 80% in the category " good ", and (4) For the results of interviews that discuss the principal, curriculum curriculum and 7 heads of productive majors, with the conclusion of the" good "category. While for the competence of the soul is obtained (1) For the questionnaire the total score is 4.3. (2) For the rank of peers the average total score is 4.2, with the achievement level of respondents 84% in the "good" category, (3) Average productivity score 4.1, with 82% respondents' achievement in the category " good ", and (4) For the results of interviews that discuss the principal, curriculum curriculum and 7 heads of productive departments with the" good "category.
Kajian ini dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan bahwa Tenaga Pendidik seringkali tidak tercukupi untuk sekolah kejuruan negeri dan swasta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kuantitatif. Sebuah penelitian menemukan bahwa mahasiswa Teknik Otomotif angkatan 2017 memiliki Motivasi dari dalam (Intrinsik) yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan Motivasi dari luar (Ekstrinsik). Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai sig. kecil dari 0,05, yakni berjumlah 0,000 ˂ 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan Motivasi Intrinsik lebih rendah dari Motivasi Ekstrinsik, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik mempengaruhi Tenaga Pendidik secara parsial maupun simultan, dan disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan masing-masing variabel. This study was conducted on the basis of the problem that there are often not enough teaching staff for public and private vocational schools. The method used in this research is descriptive-quantitative. A study found that Automotive Engineering students class of 2017 have less motivation from within (Intrinsic) compared to outside motivation (Extrinsic). The calculation results obtained sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000 ˂ 0.05. So it can be concluded that intrinsic motivation is lower than extrinsic motivation, and the results show that the variables intrinsic and extrinsic motivation affect educators partially or simultaneously, and it can be concluded that there is a relationship between each variable.
Many can be used to improve the quality of teachers (teachers), among others, the implementation of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Closed education will increase if teachers have and compose a diagogic, personality, competence, and professional competency. PTK is the most appropriate step to improve the quality of learning. This quality improvement will positively affect teachers and teachers. For teachers, PTK is a reflective action over the learning that it does. Selamaini, the teacher is still considered and assumes his or her other resources out of less effort to improve the model and the learning model used. By performing the TOD, the teacher will know the actual condition that he or she faces. The workshop participants were provided with knowledge about the aspects of PTK sertacar in the preparation of a good PTK and hope that they could provide refreshment to teachers relating to the TOD, so that the teachers could do the research as well as to solve the problem of the teaching process they lead. In addition, the objective is also to stimulate teachers to produce a written article published in the field of education. In the case of the Service to the community this teacher is directly guided so as to be able to make the PTK in a separate, multi-disciplinary / offshore environment. From the activities undertaken by the team found a very significant improvement in terms of understanding of teachers in preparing the PTK. This is obtained from the pre test (question and answer) conducted ahead of the activity and post test post activities. Although there is a significant increase in understanding, there is still a need for teachers' independence and intuition in understanding the compilation of TOD more deeply. The Community Service Team provides wide access for workshop participants to communicate both orally and through social networking so that the competence can be developed. In addition, the team devotion to the community also provides modules and literature that can be used as a reference in the preparation of PTK.
