The COVID-19 pandemic that has lasted for two years has actually caused anxiety disorders for pregnant women. Pregnant women who are positive for COVID-19 are also at higher risk for pregnancy complications. To find out the description of the level of anxiety and characteristics of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Talia Pratama Clinic in 2022. The sampling technique is Total Sampling with 50 respondents. Research results based on anxiety almost all experienced severe anxiety (58%), based on high school education (34%), based on farmer occupation (38%), based on age 20-35 years old (98%), based on income Rp. 1.5 million < 2 million (72%), based on multigravida parity (84%). Conclusion: The level of characteristics of pregnant women has a very important distribution in influencing the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Based on the centeres for Disease Control and Prevention report, pregnant women who are positive for Covid-19 are at higher risk for premature birth (delivery od babies earlier than 37 weeks) and stillbirths. In addition, pregnant women who are positive for Covid-19 are also at a higher risk of developing other pregnancy complications. The problem of psychlogical disorders often occurs during the pregnancy proces, both in the first, second and third trimesters, Covid-19 causes various clinical manifestations, especially in pregnant women, because pregnant women are a high risk group for contracting the Covid-19 virus. The sampling technique is a accidental sampling. The sample in this study are 31 pregnant women. The results show that the characteristics based on the service of the respondents almost all experienced a fairly good change in service (90.3%), the characteristics based on the respondent’s education most of them have high school education (70.9%), the characteristics based on the respondent’s exposure are mostly working (64.5%), the characteristics are based on age most respondent’s are aged 20-29 years (45.1%), the characteristics based on parity of respondent’s are mostly multiparous parity (45.2%). Conclusion the level of education, type of work, gestasional age, and parity of pregnant women have a very important distribution in influencing services and characteristics of pregnant women in the future pandemic Covid-19.
Ectopic pregnancies are impaired including high-risk pregnancies that can be marked by either spotting or moderate bleeding that can be life-threatening to the mother. Based on worldwide WHO research, there is a maternal mortality of 500,000 lives per year and infant mortality in particular 10 million neonates per year. More than 60% of ectopic pregnancies occur in women aged 20-30 with low socio-economic and live in areas with high prevalence ofgonorrhea and tuberculosis prevalence. In Indonesia the maternal mortality rate is 330/100,000 live births. Maternal mortality is estimated at about 16,500-17,500 per year.
