This study is conducted to evaluate the level of performance of recreational activities in selected urban parks. The objective of the study is to measure the comparative standard and performance of selected urban parks and the measure user’s perceptions and expectations of the quality of the products and services received by using Visitor Services Quality gap (VSQ gap) and Spider Web analysis. The case studies include two different urban parks in the vicinity of Klang Valley area, which are KLCC Park in Kuala Lumpur and Setia Alam Park in Setia Alam. Several criteria of standard, performance, the quality of the products and services that could contribute to the better performance of urban park have been identified.
