This study aims to describe the management of a character education-based curriculum through SKU (Ubudiyah Proficiency Standart) at Madrasah QITA Malang. This type of research includes qualitative descriptive research or is often also called a case study because this research describes an event or event that occurred in the field. Data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study that: first, it was explained that the management of a character education-based curriculum through SKU (Ubudiyah Proficiency Standart) went well according to standards through four stages, namely in terms of Planning, Organizing, Driving and Evaluating. This aims to create students who have noble character and always obey the commands of Allah SWT without forgetting themselves as human beings. Secondly, the inhibiting factor in implementing SKU at QITA Madrasah is the existence of internal and external factors such as the lack of awareness of students or parents that the importance of SKU in everyday life. The solution that can be done to overcome these inhibiting factors is to first identify the causes or problems faced by students then report to parents on the problems experienced by students, provide sanctions related to religion and provide counseling guidance to solve problems.
Technological developments ultimately encourage farmers to switch from using traditional tools to modern tools or agricultural mechanization. The use of agricultural mechanization has had a wide impact on farmers. The method used in this article is a qualitative article method with interactive analysis. The analysis phase used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The location of the article is in Kedungrejo Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. The empirical studies used in this article are green revolution, modernization, and social change. The results of this article indicate that agricultural mechanization causes social changes in farmers, the changes that occur are changes in perception were at first the farmer's conflict. However, over time, farmers finally accepted agricultural mechanization. The factors behind farmers' acceptance are education in the form of socialization and cost factors in the form of decreasing production costs. Perkembangan teknologi pada akhirnya mendorong petani untuk beralih dari penggunaan alat tradisional menuju alat-alat modern atau mekanisasi pertanian. Penggunaan mekanisasi pertanian telah membawa dampak yang luas bagi petani. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode artikel kualitatif dengan analisis interaktif. Tahap analisis yang digunakan adalah, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Lokasi artikel berada di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Jabon Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kajian empiris yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah revolusi hijau, modernisasi, dan perubahan sosial. Hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan adanya mekanisasi pertanian menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan sosial pada petani, perubahan yang terjadi adalah perubahan persepsi di mana pada awalnya petani melakukan pertentangan. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu pada akhirnya petani menerima adanya mekanisasi pertanian. Faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi penerimaan petani adalah faktor edukasi berupa sosialisasi serta faktor biaya berupa penurunan biaya produksi.
This study aims to describe the use of e-learning in learning Arabic at MAN 1 Konawe Selatan. This research is a qualitative research and the type of research is a descriptive study, because this research does not use numbers in data collection, and only describes the use of e-learning in learning Arabic which focuses on features and teaching patterns. The data were obtained from the results of self-exploration from the researcher as one of the users of e-learning at MAN 1 Konawe Selatan as well as documents and articles related to this discussion. The use of e-learning at MAN 1 Konawe Selatan in learning Arabic is something new, so teachers and students are required to adapt in its use. Teaching patterns were developed to prohibit the four skills: istima' (listening), kalam (speaking), qira'ah (reading) and kitabah (writing). The learning features owned by e-learning at MAN 1 Konawe Selatan include; Video Conferences, Teaching Materials and Computer Based Tests (CBT), so that learning can be done even from a distance (distance learning).
This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of independent variables, namely the understanding of tax regulations, tax services, and perceptions of the effectiveness of thetax system on the dependent variable of willingness to pay personal taxpayer in Jayapura City. Sampling method was used in this study is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique (intentional sampling) to determine the desired on target respondents. Respondents who are sampled in this study are taxpayers of individuals registered and classified as effective taxpayers in KPP Pratama Jayapura totaling 100 people. Data analysis was used multiple linear regressionanalysis with SPSS 16.0 application. The result of this research shows that the variable of understanding of tax regulation does not affect the willingness of paying tax, the perception of tax system effectiveness does not affect the willingness to pay the tax, then the tax service variable affect the willingness to pay taxes
The focus of this research is to analyze the odd mid-semester exams for Arabic subjects for class X-IPS students at SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Malang in 2020-2021. The goal, so that Arabic language teachers are able to make good measuring tools in measuring student understanding, this study uses a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, documentation with data collection models obtained from student question sheets. then reduce the data, present the data, and draw conclusions to be presented as the final conclusion. To strengthen the data that has been found, the researcher applies triangulation as a technique for testing the validity of the data. The results showed: (1) by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions to be presented as the final conclusion. (2) on the written test, the type of test applied is a multiple choice test. In this test, there are 25 questions in which each question has 5 answer choices. In the first question the teacher asks questions about understanding. So that students not only know the rules of the Arabic language but also need to understand the meaning of the elements of the Arabic language being studied. In the second question the teacher gives questions that require students to analyze the questions to find answers. In this question, the teacher gives verses of the Qur'an as a sentence to be analyzed and determined through the multiple choices available. And in the third question the teacher gives questions that require students to understand the rules of Arabic. In this question, the teacher asks questions to compose Arabic sentences, but because this question is in the form of multiple choice, students only need to choose the answer asked by the teacher Abstrak fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tengah semester ganjil mata pelajaran bahasa Arab siswa kelas X-IPS di Sma Al-Izzah IIBS Malang tahun 2020-2021. tujuannya, agar pengajar bahasa arab mampu membuat alat ukur yang baik dalam mengukur pemahaman siswa, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dengan model penumpulan data yang didapatkan dari lembar soal siswa. kemudian mereduksi data-data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan untuk disajikan sebagai kesimpulan akhir. Untuk memperkuat data yang telah ditemukan, peneliti menerapkan triangulasi sebagai Teknik pengujian keabsahan data (2) pada tes tulis, jenis tes yang diterapkan merupakan bentuk tes pilihan ganda. Pada tes tersebut butir soal terdiri dari 25 butir soal yang mana setiap soal memiliki 5 pilihan jawaban. Pada soal pertama guru memberikan pertanyaan tentang pengertian. Sehingga siswa tidak hanya mengetahui ilmu-kaidah bahasa Arab tetapi juga memahami pengertian dari unsur-unsur Bahasa Arab yang dipelajari. Pada pertanyaan kedua guru memberikan pertanyaan yang mengharuskan siswa untuk menganalisis soal untuk mencari jawaban. Disoal tersebut guru ayat al-Qu'an sebagai kalimat untuk dianalisis dan ditentukan melalui pilihan ganda yang tersedia. Dan pada soal ketiga guru memberikan soal yang mengharuskan siswa memahami kaidah-kaidah Bahasa Arab.
