BACKGROUND: In Indonesia, the health sector has experienced a very significant development. Fair and equitable health care is one way to fulfill the health rights of each individual. Therefore, puskesmas are required to provide good service quality through conformity to standards with customer needs. The creation of service quality will certainly create customer satisfaction for service users when using health assurance and non-assurance. AIM: This study was to know a comparison of patient satisfaction when using the insured and non-insured in Public Health Center (Puskesmas Kasihan 1) Bantul, Indonesia. METHODS: This study was a cross-sectional study, with 222 samples with 111 respondents using health assurance and 111 non-assurance. Samples were collected with a cluster sampling technique taken from nine service polyclinics in Puskesmas Kasihan 1 Bantul. Data were analyzed using independent sample t-test. RESULTS: The study found that the average patient satisfaction with health insurance was 34.76 more than the average patient satisfaction with non-health insurance was 29.10. Based on the results of the analysis, the mean ± sd of patient satisfaction with health insurance was 29.10 ± 3.04 compared to the satisfaction of non-health insurance patients, namely, 34.76 ± 3.61 with a Sig value of 0.000, which means that there is a significant difference between patient satisfaction using the insured and non-insured. CONCLUSIONS: Patients when using the health insured are more satisfied than patient’s non-insured.
<p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: Family function is an important part of family caring particularly for those with aged people in the household. Understanding family functioning is imperative. A valid and reliable tool for measuring the family functioning of Indonesian family caregivers is limited. </em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives:</em></strong><em> This study aimed to examine cross-cultural adaptation, validity, and reliability of the Indonesian version of the family APGAR. </em></p><p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> A cross-sectional design was performed as a part of a study measuring subjective family readiness for long-term care at home. A total of 125 family caregivers who were caring for older family members completed face-to-face interviews. A five-items of the family APGAR were translated, validated, and tested its reliability using standardized methods. The correlation matrix was performed to identify item correlations prior to the validation process. Hypothesis testing used a significance value of P = < 0.05 with a confidence interval (CI = 95%). The statistical test was performed using STATA14 statistical software.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> In 125 respondents with a mean age of 52.60 years (CI = 12. 29) were interviewed. The respondents were mostly female 84 (62.20%), employed (85/68.00%). Item test correlation was ranging from 0.77 to 0.90 and the average item correlation was 0.61. Pearson coefficients were presented. The coefficient of scale reliability was Cronbach alpha 0.89.</em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusions:</em></strong><em> The Indonesian version of the family APGAR was a valid and reliable tool used for measuring family functioning among Indonesian. Further study on the use of the instrument in different settings and community characteristics was suggested using categorical level from previously measured. </em></p>
<p>Perkembangan Globalisasi dalam bidang penyelenggaraan kesehatan berupa aspek penyediaan obat dengan permintaan pasar yang pesat sehingga menuntut penyelenggara organisasi untuk melaksanakan secara profesional. Menghadapi kondisi tersebut mengharuskan organisasi menelaah secara sistemastis dalam upaya efisiensi, efektifitas, dan produktifitas karyawan agar dapat bertahan dari segala perubahan yang ada. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan produktifitas kinerja karyawan diperlukan sebuah model gaya kepemimpinan yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja karyawan farmasi di PT Aksamala Adi Andana Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian <em>analitik</em><em> kuantitatif</em> dengan rancangan <em>cross-sectional</em>. Populasi dalam penelitiana ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Aksamala Adi Andana Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 responden yang di ambil dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan biavariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan dan arah korelasi positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi kerja karyawan (p=0,000), sedangkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dan arah korelasi negatif antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan motivasi kerja karyawan (p=0,367). Kesimpulan penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi kerja karyawan farmasi di PT Aksamala Adi Andana Yogyakarta.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Gaya Kepemimpinan; motivasi kerja; farmasi</p>
Latar Belakang: Saat ini jumlah rumah sakit di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Banyaknya rumah sakit yang ada serta banyaknya keterlibatan swasta dalam pelayanan kesehatan menjadikan persaingan antara Rumah Sakit juga semakin ketat. Hal ini menuntut Rumah Sakit Pemerintah agar lebih meningkatkan daya saing dan daya tarik pasar sasarannya. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa kunjungan rawat jalan RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul selama tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan pasien dari tahun sebelumnya. Pemasaran online yang saat ini aktif digunakan rumah sakit yaitu melalui media sosial, namun hingga saat ini pihak rumah sakit belum pernah mengukur tingkat efektivitas media sosial yang mereka gunakan sebagai media promosi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan efektivitas media sosial antara Facebook dengan Instagram sebagai media promosi RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul selama satu tahun terakhir berjumlah 146.390. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini yaitu non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling kuota. Total sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Mann Whitney U-Test. Hasil: Nilai mean pada Facebook adalah sebesar 27.64 dan Instagram sebesar 29.18. Nilai signifikansi Mann Whitney U-Test yaitu sebesar 0.387. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat efektivitas media sosial antara Facebook dengan Instagram sebagai media promosi RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Tahun 2021.
BACKGROUND: Natural disasters led to environmental destruction, casualties, and fatality. Disasters have been associated with post-traumatic disorders among affected community, thus, it is important to understand capability and resilience level post-disasters. AIM: This study aims to determine the degree of environmental change and the capacity of adaptation associate to the levels of community resilience among earthquake victims in Lombok, Indonesia. METHODS: A number of 129 respondents were recruited using clustered random sampling design. Data were collected using the adaptation capacity framework and the resilience brief scale questionnaire by face-to-face interviews. Significant level was set as p = 0.05 with 95% confidence interval. A Chi-square statistical test and logistic regression were used to test hypothesis. RESULTS: A number of 129 respondents included in the study. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant correlation between environmental changed, adaptation capacity, and community resilience. Environmental changed was predictor that statistically significant predicted community resilience (ß = 2.425, p < 0.001). CONCLUSION: The level of environmental destruction was significantly predicted the level of community resilience.
