The purpose of this paper is to analyze the quality of public services and the two factors that hinder the E-KTP service at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Gayo Lues Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative research instruments with observations, documentation studies and interviews. While the data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the quality of E-KTP public services which refers to Zeithaml's theory of tangible dimensions (physical evidence/infrastructure), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), empathy (empathy) shows, the quality of public services The e-KTP at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gayo Lues Regency has been running but is still not good or still not optimal. The inhibiting factors for E-KTP public services at the Disdukcapil include inadequate human resources, limited financial resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and lack of employee commitment. To improve the quality of public services, the E-KTP Disdukcapil must improve infrastructure, place employees according to competence, increase employee discipline, and in service there should be no discrimination and prioritize service users/community.
ABSTRAKArtikel ini mendeskripsikan klasifikasi hasil dokumentasi cerita prosa rakyat yang ada di sekitar Surau Tuanku Mudiak Tampang, Rao, Kabupaten Pasaman. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi lapangan dengan langkahlangkah observasi, wawancara, pencatatan, transkipsi, klasifikasi, serta analisis cerita. Hasilnya, ditemukan dua puluh tiga cerita prosa rakyat di sekitar Surau Tuanku Mudik Tampang, Rao, Kabupaten Pasaman. Setelah didokumentasikan dan dilakukan pengklasifikasian semua cerita prosa rakyat dikelompokkan ke dalam legenda, lima cerita jenis legenda setempat, satu cerita legenda alam gaib, tujuh cerita legenda perseorangan, dan sepuluh cerita legenda keagamaan.

This research makes promotional media that contains information data about products and attracts consumers through the right promotional media so that in the future it is easily recognized by consumers and increases sales results. The design of the Emonstore E-catalog is made based on sources, namely in the form of data that has been collected through interviews with owners. The purpose of designing is to design the right promotional media according to the target audience of Emonstore. Promotional media in the form of a catalog makes it easier for consumers to see products, because the catalog designed contains product information data. The purpose of promotion is to inform an audience who do not yet know the product or service being promoted. The writing is designed using the glass box approach. Emonstore catalog, it is evident that the E-catalog's design was created using the idea of Emonstore's attributes.
