This paper reports the heterogeneously doped alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) on the ionic conductivity of thallium iodide. Composite materials of formula (1−x) TlI-xAl 2 O 3 , x = 0-0.7 have been prepared and studied by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, and electrical conductivity. X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry proved the formation of composite in this binary system. The maximum enhancement observed is about three orders of magnitude with respect to the host material. The enhancement of electrical conductivity in comparison with pure thallium iodide can be interpreted with the space charge layer model. Moreover, the increased content of alumina in the system leads to the disappearance of phase transition β-α thallium iodide, which is usually observed in the pure compound. This behavior was explained by stabilizing effect of β-phase at high temperatures and suppression of α-phase at higher contents of alumina.
(CuCl) 4-2x-(KCl) x-CdCl 2 , x = 0.0-0.4 solid electrolytes were grown via solid-state reaction procedure by suitable heat treatment. An AC impedance spectroscopy suggested that the ionic conductivity mainly arisen from grain effect. A DC electrical conductivity of 3.94 9 10-5 Scm-1 was measured for the x = 0.3 composition at 320°C. This also shows lowest activation energy in the temperature range of 293-593 K. This has been explained by that fact that at high temperatures thermal disturbances through lattice vibrations take place. In such a high-temperature region, Cu ? readily jumps and migrates at short range, but the number of mutual collisions also increases resulting in a decrease of the Cu ? mobility. The present study reveals that the change in conductivity value depends on concentration of doped ingredient as well as on various parameters in the system. Therefore, these solid electrolytes will be suitable for the development of different electrochemical applications.
Hasil penelitian pengujian ekstrak jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) terhadap penghambatan pertumbuhan bakteri Vibrio sp. pada ikan kerapu macan (Epinephelus fuscogatattus) menghasilkan nilai rerata untuk kontrol (0,62 cm), konsentrasi 10% (0,79 cm), 20% (0, 79 cm) serta konsentrasi 30% ( 0,8 cm). Sehingga pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus ANAVA ternyata Fhitung > Ftabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 4,07 yang berarti 20,535 > 4,07. Ini membuktikan bahwa ekstrak jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Vibrio sp. pada ikan kerapu macan (Epinephelus fuscogatattus) dan besar pengaruh ekstrak jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Vibrio sp. pada ikan kerapu macan (Epinephelus fuscogatattus) adalah 0,06%..
Penelitian bertujuan mengungkapkan sejarah dan pemikiran KH.A Gany Masykur seorang tokoh Muhammadiyah di daerah Bima dalam mengembangkan persyerikatan Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengkaji bagaimana implementasi pemikiran KH. A. Gany Masykur dan persepsi para para kader Muhammadiyah di Bima. Penelitian ini dinilai penting untuk mengungkapkan kiprah KH. A. Gany Masykur dalam mengembangkan persyerikatan Muhammadiyah di Bima, mengingat beliau salah satu tokoh yang sangat berpengaruh di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sebagai seorang tokoh terkemuka, eksistensi KH.A. Gany Masykur di daerah Bima masih dianggap sebagai simbol dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama dalam bidang pendidikan keagamaan dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Hal ini menjadi landasan untuk mengungkapkan kiprah beliau sehingga dapat dijadikan rujukan pemikiran oleh para generasi selanjutnya terutama bagi para kader Muhammadiyah di daerah Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa KH A.Gany Masykur memiliki andil yang sangat besar dalam mengembangkan Persyarikatan Muhamamdiyah di Bima. Perkenalan KH. A. Gany Masykur dengan Muhamamdiyah pada tahun 1937 melalui Ruma Bicara (Abdul Hamid) dari Kerajaan Bima. Sisi lain, pemikirannya telah menjadikan rujukan para kader dalam mengembangkan persyarikatan Muhammadiyah di daerah Bima.
