Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan perbedaan implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring dan daring yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Karangturi, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian model data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring menggunakan model Performance Appraisal (PA). Sedangkan saat daring, proses implementasi supervisi akademik mengalami pergeseran cara dengan melibatkan teknologi komunikasi. Dengan demikian peneliti dapat membedakan kedua hasil tersebut bahwa terdapat perbedaan implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring dan daring di Sekolah Karangturi, antara lain: penyederhanaan aspek penilaian, pergeseran sasaran supervisi, durasi waktu pelaksanaan, proses perencanaan yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi, proses pelaksanaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan di Sekolah Karangturi, dan belum adanya umpan balik supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran daring.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penyelenggaraan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kinerja Guru di SMP Negeri 3 Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatitf dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu Purposive Sampling. Teknik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengungkap informasi secara aktual dan faktual pada pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Fokus implementasi supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Getasan adalah pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Getasan ini adalah pada supervisi perencanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan observasi kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, beberapa Guru Mata Pelajaran dan Guru Bmbingan Konseling belum memenuhi tuntutan pada penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran serta beberapa guru yang belum menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan atau layanan klasikal.
Environmental problems are becoming the concern for all of us, as well as in managing clean and green schools. However, in its implementation, there must be pros and cons in an institution. This study is aiming at analysing the implementation of conflict management in actualizing the “Adiwiyata” school program in SMP Negeri 2 Banyubiru, Semarang Regency. As a principle, it is a requirement for having respectable abilities to manage conflicts among the staffs in the institution so as to achieve the goal, i.e.: being able to bring about the clean and green school and for the most part, having successful in obtaining the predicate of “Adiwiyata” school. In this research, the writer used the interview and document study method for collecting the data in order to get the actual and factual information in relation with conflict management in implementing the “Adiwiyata” school program. The data analysis technique used in this study is based on the Miles and Huberman model. The result of the study showed that the principle is able to overcome the conflicts arouse as the response of implementing the program of “Adiwiyata” school by means of flexible approach. If the conflict is functional, then the principal takes a neutral approach with compromise, collaboration, and negotiation (no party wins and losses) and if it is dysfunctional, she takes a win-lose approach by forcing, given the urgency of the problems that cause conflict.
