Outsourcing of training is considered as a major management challenge in the turbulent environment with respect to the increase in the trends of technology and business needs. Due to this increase in business needs this paper would explore and analyze the 360 degree perspective of Virtual Training, to identify the gaps (difficulty level) in implementing Virtual Trainings (from a consultant's point of view) and to provide solutions to bridge the gap. From a consultant's point of view, considering that providing 'Virtual Training' is a form of 'service delivery', the methodology adopted would be mapping the service to the elements of 8 P's of service delivery model to identify the gaps.
