India and Vietnam countries are located in Asia continent region of the world. Moreover, India is located in South Asia and where as Vietnam is located in Southeast Asia. In geostrategic terms, both are the maritime countries and are highly dependent on the sea based diplomatic commerce trade for their respective economic vitality. The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi had visited to Vietnam in September 2016. This visit has provided a major boost to India’s diplomatic bilateral relations with Vietnam. The both countries have agreed to elevate their current Strategic Partnership to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The year 2021 marked the completion of 5 years of this partnership. This article has analyzed the progress of India’s diplomatic bilateral relations which focusing on the regional trade relations with the Vietnam Socialist Republic country.
The World Health Organization (WHO) had been working with its 194 member states across six grouped global regions in the world regarding the health of the people. India is a member country of this organization. The WHO’s Constitution came into force on 7th April 1948. Its headquarters is at Geneva in Switzerland country. The WHO’s World Health Assembly use to determines the policies of this Organization. An Executive Board (EB) members are technically qualified in health and this gives an effect to the decisions and policies of this assembly. The COVID-19 outbreak began at Wuhan city in China country in December 2019.This has became a pandemic because this has been affected and affecting many countries globally, which includes India through the daily confirmed cases and fatalities. The Vaccination against the COVID-19 has started in the countries to eliminate this disease, which includes India. Although, this virus has slightly declining, but still this virus is existing through different mutations of this COVID-19. This article has mentioned the containment of COVID-19 pandemic through the WHO’s responsive guidelines policies for completely eradication of this virus disease to save the people lives in the world. This article has suggested for an effective implementation of WHO’s COVID-19 responsive policies in its member states for accomplishing this purpose.
India’s Election Commission of India (ECI) is an autonomous, quasi judicial constitutional body created in 1950 under an article 324 of the Constitution of India. It is the supreme body vested with the powers of superintendence, direction and control of all aspects of elections to offices of the President and the Vice President of India, both the houses of Parliament (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha), State Legislative Assemblies as well as State Legislative Councils and Union Territories Legislative Assemblies. In fact, ECI is an independent of an executive or the party or party led alliance parties in power at the centre. All the states and the Union Territories (UTs), who had election commissions are working under this ECI have the powers to conduct elections for rural and urban local bodies in their respective states and UTs. The Indian national and state political parties have released their respective election manifestos policies for contesting the Parliament of India’s general election to the 17th Lok Sabha in 2019 in order to win for forming a 5 years central government purpose at New Delhi in India. The BJP led NDA has won this election with significant number of Member of Parliament (MP) seats.
In the Constitution of India, articles from 315 to 323 deals with Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and States Public Service Commissions. An article 315 says that Public Service Commissions for the Union and for the States in India. So, UPSC is a constitutional body and mandated the responsibilities of making recruitment by conduct of competitive examinations and selection through interviews etc mainly at an union level purpose. Article 320 says that functions of Public Service Commissions, which has included the UPSC. The UPSC’s office is divided into 9 divisions and it has been functioning through these divisions for recruitment of the civil services in India. The UPSC has evolved through historical in India. The UPSC has been playing mostly an effective role for the recruitment of civil services through the constitutional provisions and by its office in India.
