This study aims to find out the application and contribution of smartphone-based application ““quizizz”” as learning media in the University of PGRI Madiun. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis technique used is an interactive method, including the process of collecting data, reducing data (compiling data in patterns, categories and specific issues), presenting data (compiling data in the form of matrices, graphs, networks, certain charts) and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at the University of PGRI Madiun. The subjects of this study were students in Accounting and Economic Education. The results showed that the usage of smartphone-based application “quizizz” as learning media can make students enthusiastic in participating in learning, so students can focus and maximize the use of smartphones as a fun learning media. The concept of maximum learning will have an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

The research aims to know the produce e-learning Microsoft sway based on the local culture and the effectiveness of the implementation of media in accounting and economics learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research was conducted in Accounting Education Study Program and Economic Education Study Program of Universitas PGRI Madiun, uses research and development method. It was started by preliminary study, then continued with media development stage. The media developed was tested in the two study programs. The trial test result was analyzed, then based on the analysis result, the media and instrument were improved. Media that has been improved to be final media then re-implemented in learning in the two study programs. The results of research show that the development of elearning microsoft sway based on local culture and the effectiveness of media implementation in economic and accounting learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun run smoothly and effectively, and give positive impact on learning process. that the learning outcome can be achieved. Research on the effectiveness of the use of technology-based learning media has been conducted by many researchers and the results are significant. The research conducted by Kholifah (2016) showed that the test of the effectiveness of media uses the right side of t test, obtained that the average learning result of the experimental class is 85,03 and the control class is 79,00. By analyzing using t test it found the value of t table < t count that is 3.30> 1.997 then H 0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that learning by using media of learning video based on technology is better than the conventional learning in organizational behavior course. Rianti, et al (2012) stated that students' learning results using internet and e-learning media are better than the conventional learning. Teaching by using internet media and e-learning can be used by the teachers as an alternative learning media. In addition, a study of e-learning focused on web-based learning (Blended Learning) is proved to be able to create the qualified active learning and influence on improving learning results. The advice given is to improve the students' independence, the teachers' innovation and creativity in today's learning variation and the school support for supporting facilities (Carolina, 2012). Therefore it is necessary to apply the HOTS learning system (Higher Order Thinking Skills. Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is a process of thinking students in higher cognitive levels developed from various concepts and cognitive methods and taxonomy of learning such as problem solving methods, taxonomy bloom, and taxonomy of learning, teaching, and assessment.The main goal of high order thinking skills is how to improve students 'critical thinking skills at a higher level. Madiun City is one of the cities in East Java Province and is known as a city of trade and industry, Madiun community, in general, is a picture of modern society even though it is far from economic development in the capital city. Madiun is a city that has the potential to become an advanced economic center in the city of Madiun. Current conditions indicate that the unemployment rate and the quality of human resources in the city of Madiun are still low. Data from the Manpower Office of the city of Madiun noted that the number of unemployed people in the local area reached 5,700. Besides, people's economic strength has not developed optimally, and the index of public purchasing power is still low. In 2018 data from the Central Bureau of Statistics illustrates that poverty in Madiun City reached 4.49% or as many as 7.92 thousand people. One way to alleviate poverty in the city of Madiun is through community-based economic empowerment. This study aims to formulate a strategy to alleviate poverty through community-based economic empowerment and to improve the living standards of people in the city of Madiun. The method used in this study is qualitative by using primary and secondary data. Data collection is done by interviews, documentation, and field observations. The findings of the study are that the existence of community-based economic empowerment in Madiun city can increase economic income and increase the community's insight into becoming more open to the economy of the community, as well as the newly formed community. The efforts of fostering and empowering have been carried out by the government and the local community through business dissemination, small and medium industry counseling, strengthening community participation in training, and providing community training, namely how to build a robust community, management training, and marketing system training.

The problem faced by micro business tempe customer of micro financial institution (LKM) Abstrak Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh usaha mikro tempe nasabah lembaga keuangan mikro(LKM) Kabupaten Sidoarjo sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro Tempe untuk keberlangsungan usaha adalah tingkat bunga kredit pinjaman dan tidak stabilnya harga kedelai sebagai bahan baku utama produk tempe.Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengkaji dan menentukan alternatif strategi daya saing usaha mikro tempeyang telah mendapatkan pembiayaan dari LKM sehingga mampu menciptakan keberlangsungan usaha di era persaingan MEA ditengah maraknya impor kedelai.Metode penelitian yang digunakan mix methode ( metode campuran) obyek dari penelitian ini adalah pengusaha mikro produk tempe di wilayah desa sepande kecamatan candi kabupaten Sidoarjo yang bukan anggota koperasi dan telah menjadi nasabah Lembaga Keuangan Mikro berjumlah 10 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis SWOT, matrik SWOT kemudian dilanjutkan dengan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix).Hasil penelitian menunjukan strategi daya saing yang tepat adalah strategi pengembangan produk dengan melakukan pengembangan jenis dan varian produk tempe khususnya perubahan bentuk dan kemasan yang lebih menarik dan hiegenis sehingga dapat memberi nilai tambah produk dan meningkatkan harga jual, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan keuntungan usaha dan dapat mengatasi kelemahan pada beban biaya bunga kredit yang diberikan oleh lembaga keuangan mikro.
