Highlights Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas is rare in males. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is not uncommon in the African population, however is rare in younger population. According to the literature search, this is the first case of synchronous solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Multidisciplinary team is important in management of cases with clinical conundrum.
