Let Ω be a bounded convex domain in R n (n ≥ 2). In this work, we prove that if there exists an integrable function f such that it's Radon transform over (n − 1)-dimensional hyperplanes intersecting the domain Ω is a strictly positive function of distance to the nearest parallel supporting hyperplane to Ω, then Ω is a ball and the function f is a unique radial function about the center of Ω.1991 Mathematics Subject Classification. Abstract. In this paper we calculate the cubic seriesand two related Euler Sums of weight 6 by a technique involving only the manipulation of series. We also provide a second approach of the computation involving special logarithmic integrals.Mathematics subject classification (2010): 33B15, 33B30, 40B10, 40C05.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
