B ronchioloalveolar carcinoma. a well-differentiated primary lung neoplasm arising along the bronchiolar and alveolar walls. is characterized by a lepidic growth pattern with preservation of lung architecture and absence of an intrinsic bronchial tumor. The radiologic manifestations of this disorder are diverse and include single and multiple pulmonary nodules, lobar consolidation, and diffuse air space disease I l-3j. Although various radiographic and CT findings can suggest the diagnosis, none is pathognomonic for the disease. We report a case of mucinous bronchioloalveolar carcinoma with high-resolution CT findings indistinguishable from the typical crazy-paving pattern
