Suryadi, S.E., M.M.This study aims partially to find out 1) whether work placement affects employee performance, 2) whether work motivation affects employee performance, 3) whether job training affects employee performance. 4) whether the work environment has an effect on employee performance. 5) simultaneously whether work placement, work motivation, job training and work environment affect employee performance.Types of quantitative research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, meaning that the sampling technique is used when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sampling is census, where the sampling is all 33 staff members of the Umpu Semenguk sub-district, while the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, validity tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and multiple linear regression tests with conclusions drawn through partial t test and simultaneous F test.The conclusion of this research is that partially work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. Work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. Job training that has no effect and is not significant on employee performance at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. The work environment has no effect and is not significant on the performance of employees at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. Together, the variables of job placement, work motivation, job training, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: job placement, work motivation, job training, work environment, and Employee Performance. Suryadi, S.E., M.M.Penelitian ini bertujuan secara parsial untuk mengetahui 1) apakah penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) apakah pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhaap kinerja pegawai. 5) secara simultan apakah penempatan kerja, motivasi kerja, pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Istilah lain dari sampling jenuh adalah sensus, dimana pengambilan sampel adalah semua staf pegawai kecamatan umpu semenguk yang berjumlah 33 orang, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji regresi linier berganda dengan penarikan kesimpulan melalui uji parsial t dan uji simultan F.Kesimpulan dari riset ini bahwa secara parsial Penempatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Pelatihan kerja yang tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Secara bersama-sama variabel penempatan kerja, motivasi kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
