ABSTRAKSiswa kelas XII SMK Swadaya Semarang diduga belum terampil menulis dan guru belum menerapkan model dan metode yang tepat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, rumusan masalah penelitian ini antara lain (1) bagaimanakah kemampuan peserta didik kelas XII SMK Swadaya, Semarang dalam menulis karangan narasi ekspositoris sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, (2) bagaimanakah hasil pembelajaran peserta didik kelas XII SMK Swadaya, Semarang dalam menulis karangan narasi ekspositoris setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan (3) apa sajakah kendala dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik kelas XII SMK Swadaya, semarang menulis karangan narasi ekspositoris dengan menggunakan model Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan penelitian maka, hasil penelitian di SMK Swadaya semarang kelas XII akuntasi adalah peningkatan dalam pembelajaran yang dimana pada tahap prasiklus belum menggunakan model Mind Mapping dengan ketuntasan peserta didik yang hanya mencapai 21%. Hasil data pada siklus I yang sudah mengguanakan model Mind Mapping juga belum dikatakan berhasil karena peserta didik yang tuntas hanya 55,56%, sedangkan pada tahap siklus II yang menggunakan model Mind Mapping sudah dapat dikatakan berhasil, karena ketuntasan sudah lebih dari target minimal yang ditentukan oleh peneliti (75% tuntas). Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti berhasil melaukan penelitian terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan guru melai menerapkan model Mind Mapping pada materi pelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. ABSTRAKHubungan antara mahasiswa dan dosen membutuhkan komunikasi, baik dalam maupun di luar kampus. Komunikasi tersebut seharusnya tetap berada dalam batas-batas nilai kesantunan, meskipun dituturkan dalam situasi semiformal.. Keberadaan sosial media sebagai perkembangan teknologi turut memengaruhi komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen. Penelitian ini meneliti gaya berbicara dan nilai kesantunan yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dengan dosen melalui WhatsApp. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsi dan menganalisis kesantunan berbahasa yang dipakai oleh mahasiswa ketika berkomunikasi dengan dosen melalui WhatsApp dan mendeskripsi dan menganalisis penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa yang dipakai oleh mahasiswa ketika berkomunikasi dengan dosen melalui WhatsApp. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah aplikasi chatting WhatsApp. Data penelitian berupa tuturan mahasiswa yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi dengan dosen melalui WhatsApp. Data tersebut digunakan untuk menghimpun informasi sehingga dapat dianalisis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, teknik catat, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa masih banyak tuturan mahasiswa kepada dosen melalui aplikasi WhatsApp yang belum memenuhi nilai kesantunan. Dalam tuturan tersebut ditemukan banyak penyimpangan kesantunan berupa penggunaan bahasa gaul, pembahasan di luar konteks perkuliahan, cara pengungkapan maksud yang tidak sopan, dan penggunaan aspek paralinguistik yang tidak tepat. This communication should be in politeness boundaries, although it is uttered in a semiformal situation. The emerge of social media as a result of a technology development affects the communication between student and lecturer. This research examines the speech act and politeness used by student to communicate with his lecturer through Whatsapp. This study aims to describe and analyze the politeness used by student when he communicates with his lecturer using Whatsapp and to describe and analyze the politeness deviation used by student to communicate with his lecturer using Whatsapp. The data source comes from Whatsapp chatting application. The data is the student's utterance which is used to communicate with the lecturer through Whatsapp. That data is used to collect the information so that it can be analyzed. Technique of collecting data uses observation method, note-taking technique, and interview. Qualitative method is used to analyze the data. Based on the analyses, it is found that there are many of the student's utterance used to communicate with the lecturer using Whatsapp is not fulfill the politeness value. In that utterance, many politeness deviation were found such as the use of slank, the out of context discussion, the way to deliver intention impolitely, and the inappropriate of using paralinguistic aspect.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mendeskripsi apakah sikap berbahasa berpengaruh terhadap penerapan bahasa Indonesia pada skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Diponegoro dan (b) mendeskripsi bentuk pengaruh sikap berbahasa Indonesia terhadap penerapan berbahasa pada skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Diponegoro. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Diponegoro dengan mengambil objek mahasiswa sebanyak 80 orang. Faktor pengaruh yang dianalisis adalah sikap berbahasa. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif (skor terendah, skor tertinggi, skor rata-rata, dan standar deviasi). Kriteria sikap berbahasa yang dikategorikan positif dan negatif diambil dari nilai rata-rata nilai idealnya. Dari 1425 buah kalimat, ditemukan 1.002 (70,312%) buah kalimat gramatikal yang penerapannya sesuai dengan kaidah berbahasa Indonesia dan 286 (20,09%) buah kalimat yang penerapannya tidak sesuai dengan kaidah. Ketidaksesuain penerapan berbahasa tersebut disebabkan kalimat tidak gramatikalan. Ketidakgramatikalan kalimat tersebut disebabkan oleh kalimat tanpa subjek, tanpa predikat, dengan 2 subjek, 2 predikat, dan kalimat dengan 2 subjek dan 2 predikat, serta kalimat tanpa subjek dan tanpa predikat. Selain itu, ditemukan pula kesalahan dalam pemilihan kata/diksi dan kesalahan penerapan ejaan sejumlah 137 (9,61%) buah kalimat. Hasil ini ini merupakan pengaruh sikap berbahasa mahasiswa yang kurang menaati kaidah berbahasa Indonesia dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Kata Kunci : sikap berbahasa, penulisan skripsi. AbstractThis research aims to (A) describing if the application of the effect on language attitudes language Indonesia really has impact towards cultural studies student thesis in the University of Diponegoro, and (b) describing the shape of Indonesia-speaking attitude towards student thesis on language application in the University of Diponegoro. This research was conducted at the Faculty of cultural studies, University of Diponegoro by taking student as its 80 object. The influence factors analysis is a language attitude. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis using descriptive statistics The lowest score, highest score, average score and the ideal attitude of total language every answer question item. Language attitudes are categorized criteria positive and negative is taken from the value of the average values of ideally. Results of the research findings of the eight circles are found as much as 1425 fruit sentence. From 1425 fruit sentence, found 1,002 (70,312) grammatical sentences the fruit its application in accordance with the rules of speaking in Indonesia and 286 (20,09) fruit of the sentence that the application does not comply with the rule. The purpose of this research is to decrypt and analyze whether grammatical understanding affects the writing ability of Semarang University’s students thesis and how it affects. This type of research is quantitative research with the type of research is inference used to test hypotheses to determine the influence of grammatical understanding on the ability to write thesis. The sample of this study was students who were preparing the thesis of four courses that were taken randomly. Sampling techniques using probability sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out by direct observation using structured questionnaires. Quantitative data of questionnaire results tested with F-test. While qualitative data from thesis text analysis is analyzed descriptively. The result is that between right and wrong in 10 criteria of grammatically, that is 57.43% true and 42.57% wrong. Based on the F-test results obtained results that the regression coefficient of 0.672 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the effectiveness of sentences has a positive and significant influence on grammatical understanding in writing thesis. This influence supports the analysis of thesis documents with the findings of 636 sentences from the thesis author. Of the 636 sentences found 429 sentences were grammatical and 207 sentences were not grammatical. The ungrammatically of the sentence is caused by several things, namely sentences without a subject, without predicates, without predicates and predicates, double-substitutes, double predicates, objects preceded by forejectives, substitutes and double-predicates, repeating subjects, without objects, not using the conjunction ”bahwa”, and inaccuracies in the use of hyphens ”then”.
