Analysis of Red Chili Trading System in Besakih Village, Rendang Sub-Districtof Karangasem Regency Besakih village as one of the centers of red chilli production in Karangasem Regencyhas several marketing channels with different prices between producers andconsumers. This study aims to investigate the channels of trading, commercialinstitutions, and the red chili trading system in the Village of Besakih. The data usedwere quantitative and qualitative data. The analysis used descriptive qualitative.Respondents in the study were 38 farmers determined by proportional randomsampling method and 23 respondents of trading institutions determined by snowballsampling method. The research result was six channels of trading system, (1)Farmers – Local Assembly Trader’s - Retailers - Consumers; (2) Farmers - LocalAssembly Trader’s - Retailers - Consumers; (3) Farmers – Sub Terminal ofAgribusiness - Retailers - Consumers; (4) Farmers - Sub Terminal of Agribusiness -Retailers - Consumers; (5) Farmers - Sub Terminal of Agribusiness - Consumers; (6)Farmers - Sub Terminal of Agribusiness – Market in Lombok. The most efficienttrading channel was channel II. The trading agency consists of local assemblytrader’s / inter-city / inter-district traders, Sub Terminal of Agribusiness / inter-city /inter-district / inter island traders, traditional market retailers and supermarketretailers. Each of the trading system institution involved the three main functions ofexchange, physical function and facility function. However, the activities undertakenby each institution were different.
: Response time is indicated as one indicator in the quality assessment of hospitals / health centers in the form of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between response time and the level of patient satisfaction in the Emergency Department. Type of research: descriptive analytic with cross sectional design carried out in July-August 2018. Population: patients who visited the emergency room Air Amo Health Center, taken by accidental sampling as many as 74 respondents. Instruments used: questionnaires and observation sheets, computerized, and univariate analysis: frequency distribution and bivariate: Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level. The results obtained 56.8% of respondents were satisfied with nursing services, 70.3% stated response time in the response category. Bivariate analysis found there was a relationship between response time and the level of patient satisfaction (p value 0.039). It was concluded that response time was one of the factors related to patient satisfaction. Suggestions through Puskesmas leaders to always evaluate service management so that Puskesmas service quality is always maintained.Keywords : Patient Satisfaction, Response TimeAbstrak : Respons time diindikasikan sebagai salah satu indikator dalam penilaian mutu pelayanan Puskesmas melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara respons time dengan Tingkat kepuasan pasien di Instalansi Gawat Darurat. Jenis penelitian: deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional dilaksanakan pada Juli–Agustus 2018. Populasi: pasien yang berkunjung ke IGD Puskesmas Air Amo, diambil secara accidental sampling sebanyak 74 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan: kuesioner dan lembar observasi, diolah secara komputerisasi, dan di analisis secara univariat: distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat: uji Chi-Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil didapatkan 56,8% responden puas dengan pelayanan keperawatan, 70,3% menyatakan response time pada kategori tanggap. Analisis Bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara response time dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien (p value 0.039). Disimpulkan response time merupakan salah faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien. Saran melalui pimpinan puskesmas agar selalu mengevaluasi manajemen pelayanan agar mutu pelayanan Puskesmas selalu terjaga.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pasien, Response Time
Aborsi adalah masalah klasik dalam dunia kesehatan yang selalu menimbulkan perdebatan sepanjang zaman. Dari segi istilah aborsi berarti pengakhiran kehamilan sebelum janin itu dapat tumbuh diluar tubuh ibunya. Aborsi dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu aborsi spontan dan aborsi buatan. Aborsi buatan dibagi lagi berdasarkan alasannya, yaitu aborsi kriminalis dan aborsi medisinalis. Selama ini aborsi pada kasus korban pemerkosaan dianggap sebagai tindak kejahatan. Namun dengan berlakunya UU No. 36 Thn. 2009 tentang Kesehatan, aborsi bagi korban pemerkosaan telah dilegalisasi. Kembali masalah ini menjadi kontroversi dan menimbulkan pro dan kontra pendapat dalam menyikapinya. Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang aborsi dalam berbagai perspektif yaitu etika profesi kedokteran, hukum Islam dan peraturan perundangundangan di Indonesia. Dan aborsi bagi korban pemerkosaan memang bagai sembilu bermata dua. Tenaga kesehatan yang dihadapkan pada situasi tersebut akan mengalami dilema. Melakukan aborsi akan dihukum, tidak melakukan aborsi maka jiwa sang ibu hamil yang jadi taruhannya. Dengan memperhatikan bahwa pemerkosaan dapat menyebabkan trauma psikologis bagi korban, maka aborsi dilegalkan dengan memperhatikan pasal 75 ayat (2) huruf b UU No. 36 Tahun 2009 dan harus dilakukan oleh dokter professional sesuai dengan standar profesi serta memperhatikan ketentuan norma-norma dalam agama. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas tentang aborsi dalam perspektif etika profesi kedokteran, hukum Islam dan peraturan perundang-undangan dalam hukum positif Indonesia.
ABSTRACT The maximum production can be achieved if using optimum inputs. Production efficiency is influenced by the use of production inputs. The purpose of this research was to examin;: (1) the effect of production factors of jahe gajah; (2) inefficiency and efficiency factor of jahe gajah; (3) farmer's income in jahe gajah farming; and (4) constraints faced in Jahe Gajah production. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The number of samples in this is researc were 66 people determined by the Simple Random Sampling technique. Production efficiency was analyzed using the Stochastic Frontier production function with the Frontier 4.1c program and farmer’s income was analyzed using R/C ratio. The results of the research indicate that; (1) land area variables affect production; (2) education, experience, counseling dummy variables influence production, while jahe gajah farm is stated to be technically efficient with an average value of 0.910, but not yet allocatively efficient with an average value of 0.668 and not economically efficient with average values of 0.599; (3) the jahe gajah farm has profit R/C ratio 1,7; (4) constraints faced by jahe gajah farmers there is no standards price, difficulty in obtaining market access, and rhizome rotten disease.
